Yache Berry is not recommended on Dragonite since it already has Multiscale. You might as well give it Lum Berry so it recovers from Burn, and replace one of its attack moves with Roost so Multiscale can reactivate.

Might be better to run pursuit/swords dance in place of aerial ace on scizor
Starmie could get rapid spin instead of psychic and meteor mash is probably a better choice than iron head
Salac berry could be replaced by lum berry and waterfall can be replaced by extremespeed or e-quake for priority or better coverage

Uh, no. Salac on Dragonite is useless, you already have D-Dance lol. Replace it with Lefties/Lum. And why do you have Linoone? In NU it might be good, but in OU? not really. Too many Pokemon can kill it with their priority anyway. Also Meteor Mash > Iron Head on Metagross.

I recommend superpower or pursuit over aerial ace on scizor. Starmie could have rapid spin as you will be switching a lot due to your 2 choiced mons. Linoone is not worth it in OU so how about you replace it w/ a hazard setter or lead like ferrothorn or Uxie. Also as everyone else in the comments has said lum or lefties on dragonite.
