Roserade comes in. With a decent Speed, she sets up Sleep Powder. Then, she sets up a round or two of Toxic Spikes. She can also be used to absorb status with Natural Cure. Heatran comes in for a round of Stealth Rock. In comes Gliscor. Gliscor puts up a substitute, uses Hone Claws until content, then Baton Passes the sub (if still there) with Hone Claws boost. Garchomp can then use Dragon Rush and Stone Edge with acceptable accuracy and great power. Jirachi can come in to heal Gliscor and Reuniclus provides some back up attacking power with nearly unsurpassed Trick Room speed.

At base 30, not much notable is outspeeding reuniclus under trick room. The rare escavalier is the only threat I can think of ATM. It should be noted that a plus 2 dragon claw has more power than a plus one dragon rush, which is why I advise swords dance>hone claws. But if this works for you don't let me stop you.
Gliscor + Jirachi + Roserade make this look like a pretty annoying team.
Thanks! :)
What about the ever so common Ferrothorn?
If you're talking about Ferrothorn coverage, Reuniclus, Heatean, Jirachi and Garchomp cover that.
