Why did you deselect my answer for one that hasn't helped much like you still have dodgy evs, in fact a terrible set on espeon. Though someone needs to remove their downvote.

Okay in all honesty guys this should not be at +1 and I can see why that one person down voted but maybe that's being very critical. Though because its your first team I'll play the nice guy and help out. :)

I'm assuming this is for Showdown right? if not theres not much you can change and I suggest using showdown ;)

Some reasons to why this might have been downvoted and what we need to fix

  • your evs are all wrong, for a start evs can only be divisible by four if you want your stats to add up.
  • your movesets are a little off
  • natures
  • items and abilities

Okay so I'll keep it simple and to the point and hopefully that should help you understand easier.

Espeon

Okay first off we have a massive problem. Berry Juice? that recovers like 20 HP right? Anyway that is your only major problem but I'm still going to suggest a new set which plays in a similar way just has correct evs and is suited better for the meta game.

enter image description here @ Light Clay
Magic Bounce | Timid | 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Reflect | Light Screen | Psychic | Hidden Power Fire

Basically this set (similar to yours) sets up Reflect and Light Screen. It is using Evs that ensure it out speeds 80% of Ou and increases its bulk. The item increases the duration of your dual screens and the ability bounces back entry hazards such as stealth rocks being thrown at you.

Ninetails
Wo whats going on here? This is a very odd set you have. Though to keep this short Ninetales is only Ou because of its ability Drought. If it wasn't for this ability it would be a Pokemon lurking in the depths of Nu likely with nothing to offer but some special bulk and Flash Fire. If you want a Pokemon with Flash Fire go with Heatran.

enter image description here @ Life Orb
Flash Fire | Modest | 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Fire Blast | Stealth Rock | Earth Power | Hidden Power Grass

Not only does it hit 4x harder than Ninetails it boasts Earth Power so it has the ability to hit all weather inducers for super effective damage. Stealth Rock will be crucial and will damage the opponent every time he switches in.

Scizor
This Pokemon has amazing Atk and terrible Satk so why run a set focused on htting hard with its special moves :D Just use this set. With it you can OHKO many frail Pokemon like Gengar with Bullet Punch.

enter image description here @ Choice Band
Technician | Adamant | 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SDef
Bullet Punch | U-turn | Pursuit | Superpower

Technician raises all moves under 60 Base Power by 50% in case you didn't know. This means that Bullet Punch becomes 60 BP. Then you add stab and you have a 90 base power move coming off a Pokemon with almost 600 Atk :)

Breloom
Your not running the best set really. Recently Breloom got access to Technician. This means it can play a similar role to Scizor. Though Breloom has more toys to play with being Spore. Spore is the only move in the game that has 100% acc and will put a Pokemon to sleep.

enter image description here @ Leftovers
Technician | Jolly | 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Spore | Bullet Seed | Mach Punch | Swords Dance

If the opponent is asleep and you have a chance to set 1 or 2 Swords Dances up you have as good as won the game.

Dragonite
Ever heard of Multiscale? ;) I'm sure you have but if not it reduces all hits by 50% when the Pokemon is at full health. This means almost nothing but a stab Blizzard from Kyurem will kill a bulky Dragonite and that's with a x4 weakness to Ice! This allows it to set up at least 1 Dragon Dance.

enter image description here @ Lum Berry
Multiscale | Jolly | 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Dragon Dance | Dragon Claw | Fire Punch | Earthquake

This set is great as it almost guaranties at least 1 DragonDance then preform a sweep. The best way to beat a physical attacker is burn it or poison it which is why Lum Berry is here to cure any status problems.

Blissey
Honestly Blissey does not need speed but there's not much to say at this point but really just use this set I'm going to give you.

enter image description here @ Leftovers
Natural Cure | Calm | 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Wish | Protect | Seismic Toss | Toxic

Similar to yours but this one you may find works much better.

Okay rate over, I highly suggest you take all the suggestions into consideration and I would also highly recommend signing up for the tutor and apprentice thread. It will help you a bunch and good luck with the team.

Sorry Blissey Stays the same ;/
OK but I would still press on switching Block ;)
Last gen, Ninetales was UU.
I will make a few changes to breloom
Yeah but with the new gen it has become even worse :D
Blissey is epic. And FF has bang on the best set for it in my opinion.
Still dunno why someone down voted my answer. But this is very good also Blob. But that Blissey is to good to change. Me and Flare are double tutoring FF, cos I can't do it on my own :) Yeah and Heatran is better than Ninetails without drought.
No offense, but neither of you are capable of tutoring and didn't use the thread...

Ok lets start.

May I ask? Why does Espeon Have berry Juice? Leftovers will increase its ability to stay around longer. Also, Magic Bounce will deflect Toxic as well as entry hazards,so it can be very good as your lead. The moveset is good, making it last for a good while but if you want to change it this might do...

Espeon

Leading Espeon@leftovers/light clay
Ability:Magic Bounce
Calm (+ SpDef -Atk)
Ev's (your were fine)

-Wish/Morning sun/Hidden power fight-Heal team mates or just Espeon or go with Dark coverage

-Reflect-Increase its defence

Light screen-same has reflect

-Psychic-Powerful STAB move

This set should be fine. And Blob its not that bad I use it and it is fine, but I did change it a bit. Happy now?

Right, Ninetails is OK but there are a few changes to be made. Attract is unusual, but effective and I like hidden power + Grass gem. But Flame thrower is better than Heat wave so change that. I know swift can't miss but it is not Necessary.Nasty plot is a good idea and Energy ball is more powerful than Hidden power. I based this on your set....

Ninetales

Offensive Nine tails@ Grass gem/Fire Gem
Ability;Flash Fire
Nature;Modest /_'
Ev's Ev's 252 SpAtk 126 HP 130 Speed

Flamethrower-powerful STAB
Energy Ball- Great coverage
Will-O-wisp- Burns for constant damage and attack drop
Nasty plot- Boosts SpAtk for big damage

Scizor is a good idea. But Technical Scizor is much better. Here...

Scizor

Scizor @Life Orb
Ability; technician
Nature; Adamant
Ev's: 252 Atk 126 Hp 130 Speed/Def

Bullet punch-priority STAB
Swords dance-Big attack boost
Bug bite-powered by tech plus STAB
Brick Break/Superpower/Roost-choice of Fight Coverage or Healing

Scizors base power is very high. With technician + STAB it makes one of the most powerful priority moves. This is a good set. If you wanted too add double hit but I don't suggest it.

Ok,Breloom as some issues. It can be good but not this one.Spore Brellom works well and buys some time. It also lets you use Focus punch without Sub. Also you could try Drain punch + seed bomb. EDIT: I decided to make my own moveset....

Breloom

Breloom (M) @ Leftovers

Ability: Technician

Nature: Adamant

Spore-This should be on Breloom at all times. It allows it to pull of lots of things,if not buy time

Mach punch-Priority STAB move. Tech power up!

Leech seed-This helps Breloom Recover on a sleeping foe,as well as steady damage.

Bullet seed- If landed a successful amount it can do great damage.

Your Blissley As I have seen in battle is VERY good.Don't change it.

Blissey

I hope this was better than my last few answers. Keep going FF and never give up!

PX ;)

OK I edited a few things. And FF you don't have to select my answer as the best if it isn't just because your my friend. I would be happier if you were honest and picked the best answer to help. Thanks anyway.

Uh,,, why the downvote?
This was already answered. With a better answer.
I answered first XK and anyway there is nothing wrong with it. Blob himself said that it didn't deserve a downvote. Unless there is something in particular that is very wrong a downvote is not needed, not just because you don't like it.
Actually I answered about 30 mins before :D even check the times now its 4 hours ago for me and 3 for you :)
Well it was probably because I started before but you finished before me cos I'm a really slow writer and had to do loads of things at the same time so it took me a good while.
