Life Orb>Dragon Fang on Salamance and Leftovers>Dragon Fang on Dragonite. And you have a massive Ice weakness. I would suggest using a 3Drag1Mag strategy, replacing Yanmega with Magnezone.
^ that would be a wise choice.
If your using both dragonite and salamence (and yanmega if you decide to not replace with magnezone, which I don't advise, your probably gonna need a rapid spinner. Tentacruel, starmie and forretress are good options as they add an ice resistance. Also, why sand? None of your team can really take advantage of it (except Ttar himself and alakazaam kinda) but kingdra, dragonite, and magnezone (if you're gonna add him) love the rain cause it boosts kingdra's water stab, and allows mag and drag to run thunder and hurricane. Therefore i advise you replace Ttar with a drizzle politoed. Hope this helps and sorry for the super long comment. Probably should have made this an answer but whatever.
^ brotad if you would actually answer these you would have quite a lot of points for your experience
What if I added Scizor instead of Yanmega? ( I use Soulsilver)
Scizor would be a nice touch, as you have Pokemon to counter Fire Types.
I'll be rating this.
I have finished my absolutely terrible rating.

I am now finished.

Let's get started!

OK, Scizor over Yanmega here.
Let's try:

Scizor
@ Life Orb/Choice Band
Ability: Technician
252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 SpeDef
Bullet Punch
Pursuit
Bug Bite
Aerial Ace

A fast physical sweeper.

Alakazam

OK, not bad, but for a sweeper you don't want Reflect. Let's try...

Alakazam
@ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard(if you can get it, if not, Synchronize)
252 SpeAtt, 252 Speed, 4
Psychic
Charge Beam
Focus Blast
Shadow Ball/Psyshock

OK, T-Tar isn't the best for this team due to its Sandstream Ability, so I would recommend something else. Terrakion would be perfect, but since you play SoulSilver this will be difficult. How about..

Rhyperior
@ Leftovers(Terrible item suggestion, I know. Throw whatever you want on this guy.)
Ability: Solid Rock
252 Attack, 200 Def, 56 HP
Earthquake
Avalanche
Stone Edge
Stealth Rock

Ta-Da! Stealth Rock setter AND Tank. :) Crunch can be added to fill part of T-Tar's role, but the suggested set covers more types.

Kingdra

Kingdra has been blessed with even stats. Let's make the most of that, shall we?

Kingdra
@ Leftovers/Choice Specs
Ability: Sniper
252 SpeAtt, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Ice Beam
Draco Meteor
Surf
Hidden Power Grass

A Special Sweeper.

Salamence
@ Expert Belt(can fake a choiced set)
252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Ability: Intimidate
Earthquake
Dragon Claw/Outrage
Aqua Tail
Crunch

Last one..

Hitmontop
@ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate or Technician
252 Def, 252 SpeDef, 4 HP
Mach Punch
Bullet Punch
Rapid Spin
Toxic

A wall/spinner.

Sorry for my horrible rating. TOO MANY LEFTOVERS AS ITEMS. dies

Good Luck!

Well, because of the ice resistance problem and Ttar's sandstream, I was thinking Aggron over Salamence. Dragonites and Kingdras enough dragons plus Yanma's vulnerability to ice. He would be a good wall, although I am little upset about not being able to use stealth rock. Thanks for advice though. But, do you think I still need Scizor?
Hmm. I think Scizor would be best, and I can add a Pokemon for Stealth Rock.
I'm almost done. Sorry that I changed so much of the team, I decided that Dragonite would be better off in a Unova team, with access to Multiscale.
^ yup (filler)
