Flygon only has base 80 SAtk. He'd be better off to go with Starmie or something.

Reuniclus is a good sand special sweeper. Or alakazam. A matter of personal preference.

I can't stand Alakazam. Reunilus is a good idea, if having Skill swap, Toxic Orb and Magic Guard, with Psyshock or Psychic and many other useful stuffs.

Alakazam with magic guard is amazing in sand. Go with:
