Hi I'm back to rate my rate! (Yes I have improved in UU, don't worry)

Arcanine
Wait what. That EV spread makes no sense. It looks like a defensive set, but the movepool counters that. 252 Atk / 176 Spe / 80 HP would be a better EV spread. Try it out. The nature should probably be Jolly, but Adamant is fine. Also, you might want to consider Crunch on that, to get past Chandelure (which walls you, bar Wild Charge which won't do much before it kills you)

Blastoise
Another problem with the EV's 240 Atk???? For what? Rapid Spin? (I will give reason to replace Dragon Tail, down below) Uh, no. It's way better to make those EV's Special Attack, to power up STAB Scald, but that's not what I will suggest. I take it from this set you want Blastoise to be defensive? Well an EV spread like this: 200 HP / 252 Def / 52 SpA might suit you better. Oh and here are some reasons that Roar is better than Dragon Tail:
- While Dragon Tail can hit switch-ins, so can Scald. Also Dragon Tail won't do much damage, unless against a dragon type, which I think UU only has 2.
- What will you do against set up sweepers behind a sub? That's right. Nothing :P Unless Scald can somehow break a sub, which might happen, then it will turn into a game of predicting. Will they sub again? Or will they just use Swords Dance?
- You can do absolutely nothing against SubCM. After one CM, most CM users can sub without fear of it being broken. This is another reason why Roar is better in most cases.
Another move to consider when you are spinning away hazards is Foresight. This allows you to hit ghost types, which unless is Chandelure, you will have a heck of a team to take down. Foresight will let you hit those ghosts with Rapid Spin and get rid of those hazards.

Flygon
"Dragon Gem hits hard late-game." But it can only be used once, also, if it's late game most of time you won't even need to use it. I've noticed that you lack a scarfer, so I will suggest a scarfed set on Flygon. This allows it to beat Scarf/Specs Kingdra, also Scarf Heracross and Chandelure. It also hits Calm Mind Raikou (not behind a sub) for SE damage and hopefully KO'ing it. I'm suggesting Stone Edge > Fire Punch, mostly to take care of Flying types like Togekiss. Or you can have Dragon Claw for times when you don't want to be locked into Outrage.

Roserade
Coba Berry is going into the trash. Even among the berries, Coba Berry isn't the best. Most flying type moves are special, and Roserade is a special tank. I would change the set to a Spikes set, because this team needs some hazards in the house. Get rid of Sleep Powder, it's unreliable and if you miss you are likely to be screwed. I'm not sure if Spikes and Aromatherapy can be used on the same set, though, so if it's not then use Rest.

Confagrigus
I don't really think a Trick Room set is great, what if you have to switch? Use Haze > Substitute, and Rest over Trick Room. But don't count on it, I've never used it so I'm not sure how good it is.

Sharpedo
Awesome, no suggestions.

Good luck with your team! :) And please note that these are only suggestions, not things you must change.
