Blastoise (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Roar
- Rapid Spin
Blastoise's role on the team is short and simple. Spin and Physically wall. EVs are darn simple; maximum Defensive walling capabilities, as well as 4 EVs in Speed to outspeed other Blastoise. Maybe get a burn from Scald, which is my main STAB attack and my main way to cripple many physical sweepers. The burns also improve the Physical bulk that Blastoise has. Ice Beam nails the many Ice weaknesses present in UU, like in Gligar, Flygon, and Claydol. Roar is my way of dealing with boosters, mainly Kingdra. Rapid Spin gets rid of annoying hazards that really really hamper the performance of Yanmega and Victini.
Flygon (F) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- U-turn
Flygon acts as my team's main revenge killer. Boasting a nice speed stat of 100, and being the team's main scouter and Scarfer, it can deal with threats like Choice Scarf Chandelure. EVs give maximum speed and attack, as well as 4 SDef EVs to prevent Porygon2 and Porygon-Z from acquiring the Special Attack boost. Dragon Claw is my main STAB, and is preferred over Outrage due to the confusion and the prevent of Steels of screwing me over. Earthquake is my other STAB, and combines with Stone Edge for the well-known EdgeQuake combination. U-turn allows me to scout, and switch into a an appropriate Pokemon to deal with the opponent.
Victini @ Expert Belt
Trait: Victory Star
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Blue Flare
- Psychic
- Grass Knot
- Focus Blast
Nobody expects this Victini. All that battlers facing Victini is "Oh boy, gotta switch into my Physical wall to take the V-Create." "Go, Blastoise!" "Go, Rhyperior!" This set takes a complete new approach; Special Attacker. Utilizing the new Victini event that came out recently that gave Victini Glaciate, Bolt Strike, and Blue Flare, I made this moveset. Pretty sure someone else thought of it though. Expert Belt fakes a Choice set. EVs give Special Attacking capabilities, and 4 SDef EVs to prevent Porygon2 and Porygon-Z from acquiring the Special Attack boost. Blue Flare is my STAB move, and hits things pretty darn hard, especially when those physical walls roll around. Psychic is my other STAB move, and is my only way of hitting Chandelure for damage. Grass Knot nails most switch ins for V-Create for massive damage, especially Rhyperior. Focus Blast is additional coverage for Houndooms.
Scrafty (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Drain Punch
- Crunch
- Ice Punch
Yeah, Dragon Dance Moxie Scrafty. Simple, and straightforward. EVs give maximum speed, which is needed for a slow Pokemon like Scrafty, and attack, as well as 4 SDef EVs to prevent Porygon2 and Porygon-Z from acquiring the Special Attack boost. Lum Berry is used instead of Shed Skin to help me sweep easier with Moxie Boosts. Onto the moves. Dragon Dance, as most of you probably know, boosts Attack and Speed. Drain Punch recovers health, which is vital for a bulkier sweeper like Scrafty. Crunch synergizes well with Drain Punch, and it also STAB. Ice Punch deals with Gligar, mostly.
Yanmega (F) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Tinted Lens
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Bug Buzz
- Air Slash
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Ground]
As my friend Pokewatt said, Yanmega with Tinted Lens is deadly, if used correctly. Tinted Lens removes resistances, essentially. The thing that stops it if my opponent realizes I'm Specs and chooses a Pokemon that is 4x resistant to my move. EVs are for Special sweeping, and 4 Def is used to survive 2 bouts of Stealth Rock, if Blastoise can't get in there on time. Bug Buzz is STAB, and is resisted by a great deal of Pokemon, allowing me to get massive damage on them. Air Slash is also STAB. Giga Drain is also resisted by a good deal of UU, and can heal off damage from Stealth Rock or if I switch into a Heracross' STAB move. Hidden Power Ground is coverage.
Registeel @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Spd
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
- Iron Head
- Seismic Toss
Standard SDef wall. It provides me with oodles of resistances that my team needs, like Ghost and Bug. EVs give maximum Special Defensive walling, and 4 Spd EVs to outspeed other Registeel. Stealth Rock provides hazards on the team. Thunder Wave cripples fast Pokemon to allow my Yanmega and Scrafty to shine. Iron Head is STAB, and forms a neat paraflinch combo with Thunder Wave. Seismic Toss deals consistent damage, when needed.
