Why bother investing in HP if you run sash anyway?

Empoleon:
Teach Empoleon Surf instead of stealth rock. Surf is the dominant move,
and it's a useful HM. Teach Empoleon Flash cannon instead of Roar, so you can use a turn to make a powerful attack!

Hitmontop:
 It's awsome overall. Make it hold a focus sash.

Zapdos:
 Teach Thunder instead of roost, at the last HP you can send an attack for a
critical hit or even 1Hit KO!

Frosslass:
 Teach it shadow ball instead of spikes. Teach it blizzard instead of Taunt.

Mew:
 Teach it Phsycic instead of flame charge. Teach it phsyshock instead of Swords dance.

Darmanitan: Teach it Thrash instead of U-turn.

If these moves are followed you will have great pokemon with great move set's.

There are even moves i suggested for move combos! You will find them in battle!

I would find a pokemon that can learn both spikes and stealthrock to avoid having to switch in two different pokemon. I would change Hitmontop with Blastiose because blastiose is bulky and can learn foresight which will allow it to hit ghost pokemon with rapidspin therefore clearing the playfield. Give Zapdos Volt Switch in place of Heat Wave becasue if an ice-type comes out, you will not want your heatwave to misse but volt switch will not miss and get you where you can switch in an ice resitant pokemon. Leave roost on to compenste for the life orb damage. Empoleon, mew and darmanitan look good though.
