UPDATE/EDIT 1:

Instead of Volt Switch on Zekrom, it will be changed with Fusion Bolt

Arceus-Poison will be replaced with Arceus-Water
It's stats and moveset will look like this:

Arceus-Water @ Splash Plate
Trait: Multitype
200 SDef / 156 Def / 108 SAtk / 44 Hp
Calm Nature ( +SDef, -Atk )
-Judgement
-Calm Mind
-Recover
-Ice Beam

Try leftovers on Jirachi, King's Rock doesn't really make that much of a difference.
Kings Rock helps the flinch hit for iron head, it makes at least a 20% difference. With Kings Rock, I have a 80% flinch hit, instead of 60%
I'm not sure about this but I think in Generation V it was changed so that the chance of flinching by items and moves did not stack
In my opinion Volt switch isn't that great so if I where you I'd go with Fusion Bolt
Volt Switch is a very good move, but not on Zekrom.
I'm proud of you for using Arceus-Poison, but you don't really have a Ground counter. Grouden wrecks you.
Thanks Zorak! I'll be sure to change that.
Thank you to Poke'slash, Mewtwo can easily take down Groundon with Ice Beam if the Groundon is not maxed Special Defense. I kinda used the Poison-Arceus idea from nbz on youtube.
Thanks all of you!
And if Arceus 'Calm Mind' enough, im sure it will be a 2 to 1 hit kill with its Ice Beam
To be honest, you are extremely heatran weak. It walls just about all except Gliscor, who can only hurt it with EQ, considering heatran doesnt switch out to Giratina or Lugia, the ladder being able to use Gliscor as set up bait, or just kill with an Ice Beam.
Poison STAB is kinda useless. Poison isn't a great attacking type so if you want to go with special-attacking Arceus i'd choose Dragon/Fire or one of the types with better coverage
Seeing as you may have issues with both groudon and heatran, the water type seems to be a natural choice. Arceus-Water could replace Arceus-Poison if you desire, and can run an identical set.
@LeBoss - Yeah, Heatran is a major threat to my team, i'll be sure to use knightofdragon and themadradillypad's ideas
@knightofdragon - True, but i wanted a Defensive Arceuss to take damage from threats like Mewtwo
@themadradillypad - Great idea! I was thinking Kyogre, but Arceus-Water would work better i suuppose.

I'll be sure to update this soon.
Any other idead and suggestions are still welcomed.
Thaks to you all!
On the simulators, the kings rock item description says adds 10% flinch chance to moves that DO NOT have a flinch chance. Fusion bolt and bolt strike is redundant, and mewtwo would do better with CM/Psystrike/ice beam/aura sphere, you could put recover if you really want.
Well if you want a pokemon to utilize the elemental beams, Genesect's your guy. He can also add some very helpful speed  to your team with his popular choice scarf set, and can add another resistance to the omnipresent dragon. The special scarf set is

Genesect@choice scarf
Ability: download
Nature: hasty (or naive)
Evs: 4 atk 252 sp atk 252 spd
-U-turn
-Flamethrower
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt

Genesect will also add appreciated dark and ghost resistances, and sole weakness, a nasty one to fire, can be handled by Arceus and to a lesser extent Zekrom. U turn is actually quite strong with stab and a Download boost, even though it lacks investment.

This is just a suggestion
