So i'm pretty much trying to make a deck that has just a few hard hitters but really depends on who is on the bench because of their Pokebodies.

So far I have:
2 - Mr. Mime - Ability: Prevent all damage done to your Benched Pokemon by attacks.
4 - Eevee - Call for family: search for basic pokemon and put it on the bench.
2 - Espeon - Solar Revelation: Prevent all effects of your opponent's attacks, except damage, done to each of your pokemon that has any energy attached to it.
1 - Clefairy - Needed for eveolution
1 - Clefable - Ability: Once during your turn, you may flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for a card that evolves from one of your pokemon and put it onto that pokemon.
1- Ralts - Needed for evolution.
1 - Kirlia - Needed for evolution.
1 - Gardevoir - Ability: Each basic psychic energy attached to your psychic pokemon provides two psychic energies.
1 - Solosis - Needed for evolution.
1 - Duosion - Needed for evolution.
1 - Reuniclus - Ability: As often as you like during your turn, you may move one damage counter from one of your pokemon to another of your pokemon.
1 - Gloom - Needed for evolution.
1 - Bellossom - Ability: Once during your turn, you may remove one damage counter from each of your pokemon.
1 - Carnivine - Lure Poison: Switch the defending pokemon with one of your opponent's benched pokemon. The new defending pokemon is now poisoned.
1 - Meloetta - Voice: During your next turn, this pokemon's echoed voice attack does 50 more damage.
1 - Giratina - Shadow claw: Discard a random card from your opponent's hand.

SIDE BAR:
1 - Elgyem - First contact: Search your deck for 2 basic pokemon and put them onto your bench.
1 - Beheeyem - Brain control: Your opponent revels his or her hand. Choose a card from there and put it on the bottom of your opponent's deck.

Yo Suffolk. As a person new to TCG, I have received much advice, one thing being: An item card in your deck should be 2x at least. Having one of a card reduces the likelyhood of you being able to use it. I suggest ditching a few items and replacing them with more of a card you already have.
Example: Instead of having 1 Colress card, get rid of Heavy Ball and add another Colress.
That's a really good point. How about this:

3 - Professor Elm's training method
2 - Revive
2 - Switch
2 - Energy returner
3 - Pokemon communication
2 - Pokedex
2 - Cilan
2 - Colress
2 - Rescue scarf
2 - Rocky helmet
2 - Giant cape
That seems better. If you need any help, I recommend asking trachy, Rio, or Flare, as they are our main TCG players.
I'm mainly wondering if my team is good enough. Like, should I add more grass pokemon so I'm not over dominating with psychic?
Really, i guess you are going for an unlimited deck format, so basically listne to Poke'slash
