Urgh more block of text time <3
First off, I'm just going to switch the pokemon order around for you first. I'm going to go with Deoxy-D first. The problem is with it's base 50 HP, any Speced/Banded pokemon can come in and OHKO or 2HKO it. Additionally, even with Seismic Toss, Deoxys-D hates taunt, and also encore + trick. So I'm going to change it to;

Anyway, Suicide lead. Stealth Rock sets up (thats the main one, spikes/t-spikes doesn't matter to much ^_^) while taunt prevents other pokemon setting up on you. Mirror Coat is a wierd option, but completely destroys offensive leads like Kyogre. Love it when that happens :3 since Scarf Kyogre is one of the biggest threats in Ubers. Fire Punch is an option as an attacking move to beat Ferro i suppose (and similar stuff that can appear in ubers) whicle Extremespeed can be used to pick off weakened pokemon... like a weakened extremekiller Arceus if Deoxys-s isn't already dead :P
Next up Blaziken. Unfortunately, without a Swords Dance boost, Giratina still fails to be OHKOed, and can phaze with Dragon Tail or something similar. Additionally, due to Blaziken's frailness any pokemon which can hit it with a powerful STAB attack, or super effectively will essentially KO it. Also, a smart switch from a pokemon like Dialga in which you will probably use High Jump Kick in to a pokemon like Giratina will cause you to lose 50% of your health, which will leave Blaziken open to any half decent priority attack - extremekiller arceus for example. Also pokemon like Palkia can sit there, take one of your attacks and KO you. So yeah :s (unless you're boosted then they're fudged :3). Since you wnat a good phyiscal attacker, I'm going to do, you guessed it Extremekiller Arceus :3

Everyone loves extremekiller arceus (unless you're vsing it and don't have a counter, then you're stuffed). Swords Dance to set up, and after one of those + STAB + Silk Scarf, Extremespeed becomes horrifyingly strong. Shadow Claw/Shadow Force covers Ghost Types, and Earthquake beats steel types. Or recover for longevity but that limits your coverage.
Next up, Mewtwo the first uber. It's awesome and everything but no Psystrike? ._.

Psystrike for STAB and to get past chansey/blissey, Ice Beam/Aura Sphere/Fire Blast for coverage. Calm Mind is an option to get more power. I choose Unnerve just to screw around with wierd berry sets on pokemon :s And thats all to be said about Mewtwo :P

Overheat > Dragon Tail for a one time use against pokemon like Forretress who can take all the other attacks like a boss. Dragon Dance sets up and Outrage + Earthquake give excellent coverage. Life Orb adds extra power, while Lum Berry can give you another chance at life after Outrage.
Genesect. Hmmm. Shock Drive is useless without Techno Blast, and techno blast sucks anyway. U-turn gets rid of the whole point of having Flame Charge with the speed boost no? So I'm going to keep Genesect, but change the set to;

Specially based Genesect scarf. U-turn lets you run away, the rest of the moves hit nice and hard, especially if Genesect somehow gets a Download boost on special attack. I'm getting lazy now :c everything is getting shorter
Last poke. Excadrill = useless outside of Sand unless you're running it as a sand counter, in which it's still useless since Rain/Sun is so much more common :D. For your last pokemon, you could run Forretress with Spikes/Toxic Spikes/Rapid Spin/Volt Switch to form a small team with Genesect (still really weak to fire :C) . Since this team is currently a full offensive team... might as well add a little hax :3

People hate hax <3 unless you're using them. Substitute gives you a buffer against status, leech seed for hp recovery with leftovers. Air Slash = flinchhax! and Seed Flare covers with good STAB and killing stuff like Groudon. :D
Anyway you can still always replace Shaymin-S with Forretress. Or Specs Reshiram. Ionnu, your team isn't a particular fan of Fire, even with a resist in Rayquaza, so runing Reshiram helps that i suppose
