you guessed it! we are doing a rain team! its my first try at a rain team so i may suck :P

Latios (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Thunder: 100% accuracy! yay!
- Roost: healing
- Dragon Pulse: STAB
- Surf: more power in rain
latios is good coverage for water types so why not?

Donphan (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
Shiny: Yes

Adamant Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 Def

- Dragon Dance: little more power

this is my personal set i normally use... its just a basic, but effective moveset

Trait: Dry Skin

Adamant Nature
1. Ice Punch: coverage and helps water types
2. Sucker Punch: meep!
3. Poison Jab:STAB
4. Drain Punch: STAB

-You don't need Poison Jab. It only covers Grass and you already have Ice Punch. Give Toxicroak Bulk Up or Swords Dance. Also give it Black Sludge since trick users will get hurt.
-I would not suggest Donphan as a spinner. I just don't like it at all since it's Sp. Def is horrible, and if it switches in on hazards Sturdy will do bugger all. Get Tentacruel instead, since Rain Dish + Black Sludge + Protect stall is great.
-Latios should hold Life Orb if it has Roost. I would also give it Psyshock and HP Fire over Surf and Thunder, simple because Psyshock is STAB & Blissey clearer, and HP Fire for Pursuit Scizor. HP Fire will still pack a punch in rain.
-I would Spec Politoed if you wanted to make it offensive. Surf, Ice Beam, HP Grass, Focus Blast.

1. I don't like the site you're using. I mean Emolga wut, it's bulk is bad.
2. Tentacruel is fine, like fondant said, but you could also run Forretress, as some of it's fire weakness gets removed in rain.
3. Boosted Dragon type attacks... you're dead. Vaporeon isn't going to like taking a boosted outrage even if it can phase out. And Toxicroak can't revengekill if it's at a high enough health

Just have to say that in rain Forretress still doesn't fair well against fire moves. It's Sp. Def is so low that it's not like Ferrothorn, which can take 2 non-STAB Fire hits with Sp. Def investment.
