(The title is a lie, I have it cos its just snappy.)

OK, RU is a tier I have never tried before, so forgive me if this team is pretty terrible. I've started thinking a bit more about roles, because on my last team, I realized I had too many Pokemon with the same role. Lets go!

Adamant Nature
- ThunderPunch
- Psycho Cut
- Drain Punch
- Bullet Punch
Role: Physical Sweeper

Steelix
Steelix @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Def / 248 SDef / 4 Atk / 4 HP
IVs: 0 Spd
Careful Nature
- Gyro Ball
- Dragon Tail
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt

Cryogonal
Cryogonal @ Light Clay
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 248 SAtk / 8 Def
Bold Nature
- Ice Beam
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Rapid Spin
Role: Duel Screener/Rapid Spinner

Mesprit
Mesprit @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 248 SAtk / 248 Spd / 12 HP
Modest Nature
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Role: Special Sweeper

Crustle
Crustle @ Leftovers

- Toxic
- Rock Blast
Role: Hazards Setter

There we go (I need a 6th Pokemon).

Thank you, and goodnight!

my main issue is mesprit. it's just so, so, bad ;~;
Due to the fire weakness, try using Kabutops. He has a x4 resistance to fire as well as making a decent spinner/physical sweeper, so you could swap out Cryogonal. Alternatively, you could use Almomola, who I believe is in either NU or RU (not sure), but it fits the bulky water role the above comments talked of quite nicely.
Just a few suggestions...

1. Medicham: I suggest Life Orb > Choice Band, mainly cause it's a pain to worry over clicking the HJK button when spiritomb fills the tier. LO still hits hard, and you can get some pseudo recovery from Drain Punch.

2. 2 SR users is pretty bad tbh. I'd suggest replacing Crustle for a typical LO Absol (you can get ballsy and maybe go for SD). It would greatly help when dealing against threats such as Specs/Scarf Moltres, Magmortar, and Typhlosion, all who utterly destroy your defensive core of steelix & Cryogonal.

3. Replace HP Fire on Mesprit and add CM/Nasty Plot, and use Leftovers, to get a great bulky sweeper.

4. You can opt to rid of Cryogonal for Lanturn/Slowking, making an extremely great core with Steelix.

5. As for a 6th pokemon, you can run Scarf Typlosion, one of the most common and arguably the most dangerous scarfed pokes in RU. If you dot want a speed tie vs other Typhlosions, then  you can opt for Scarf Manectric, to Outspeed and revenge kill Typhlosion when it's weak, or just Volt Switch into Lanturn to absorb a hit and thus make Typhlosion weakened.
To add onto what Lenub said, Scarf Manectric also outspeeds +2 Omastar.
Edit: Nvm, they both do :P
This Tean has littke to no Offensive presence at all; the only way I can suggest is correcting the way you think when you Teambuild; don't focus too much on one thing that it becomes over-centralized, focus more on the Metagame itself rather than the goal. Here's an Article by Smogon's Limitless that can better explain the message I'm trying to get across: http://www.smogon.com/smog/issue28/teambuilding

This goes for all of yoir other Teams as well, I see this in just about everyone of thrm. Please understand that this isn't a bad thing, you have the right idea, just the way your going about it my not be the best way.

With that, I would rebuild this Team, because it looks like it has a lot of potential; I Would use a Ghost Type such as Rotom, since they can Spinblock. Also, Rotom's Typing in Gen. V RU is so great with several Immunities; pair that witg the Ability to Volt-Switch Pivot and Crustle and you have a solid Core that can keep Hazards up. I suggest using it over Medicham. As for the rest of your Team, it's up to you good luck!
