Lullaby (Uxie) @ Damp Rock
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Rain Dance
- U-turn
- Magic Coat
- Zen Headbutt

My lead. Magic Coat deflects hazards targeted for my team. Zen Headbutt can hit decently hard for STAB.
Rain Dance makes use of Damp Rock, and lets Rain last for 8 turns, because Politoed isn't useable in RU.
U-turn lets it do damage while switching out to make the most use of the rain.

Bosstoise (Blastoise) (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Rain Dish
EVs: 8 HP / 40 Def / 252 SpA / 208 Spe
Modest Nature
- Water Spout
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast

One of my rainy sweepers, Water Spout + Choice Scarf is hard to top with STAB and a rain boost. HP Bug gets great coverage when paired with Water and Ice. Speaking of Ice, we have Ice Beam for further coverage, and Focus Blast for even more coverage.

Mii Rancho (Rotom-C) @ Damp Rock
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 64 Def / 252 SpA / 64 SpD / 128 Spe
Timid Nature
- Rain Dance
- Thunder
- Leaf Storm
- Volt Switch

My second pokemon who can set up rain, and he can also make use of it. Thunder gives it high powered STAB, Leaf Storm is if he's gonna go down soon (or if the rain goes out), and Volt Switch gives a nice pivot to retain momentum.

Purple ftw (Toxicroak) (F) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 64 HP / 128 Atk / 32 Def / 252 SpD / 32 Spe
Careful Nature
- Bulk Up
- Drain Punch
- Sucker Punch
- Poison Jab

Black Sludge + Dry Skin lets him easily set up Bulk Up, and after doing that he has Drain Punch for STAB and constant healing, Poison Jab for STAB and coverage, and Sucker Punch for coverage, priority, and Psychic types.

BABIES (Scolipede) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Swarm
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake

My choice of set up sweeper for this team. Rain covers its Fire weakness, but he can operate at full power without rain in the field. That being said, Swords Dance is for setting up an awesome Attack boost, while Rock Slide is coverage and has a good flinch rate, and Earthquake is coverage.

lolhaider (Swanna) (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Hurricane
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Rain Dance

Swanna gets a solid 300 Special Attack stat that gets further boosted by Life Orb. Surf lets him get some STAB boosted by rain, while Hurricane gets STAB and perfect accuracy. The last slot is for either healing off Life Orb damage on an opponent trying to set up, or keeping the rain going, but only being able to do it for 5 turns.

Note: I'm not going to take " Don't use weather unless you instant weather with Drizzle, Drought etc. As a suggestion, because it's not.

I didn´t edit the question coz I don´t know if you want it...
swanna doesn'y need ice beam give her rest and rain dance.
Then I get walled out by a lot of things.
Ice Beam gets exceeding coverage so I can atleast hit neutral on most opponents.
ummmm this seems more like an RU rain team
It's still RU. Does it really matter?
