This little guy is just to set up stealth rocks quickly and with focus sash he can also set up at least one earthquake or toxic.

Hitmonlee @ Life Orb
Trait: Limber
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Relaxed Nature
-Rapid Spin

Evs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

My overall special scarf and fighting/normal/water wall with Energy Ball or Flamethrower will get rid of those pesky Liligant Quiver Dancers and Calm Mind will wreck havoc

Kingdra @ Lum Berry

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Rest
-Waterfall

AMAZING sweeper with fast speed and good attack with decent defense this thing is a tank. Dragon Dance boosts its stats to get rid of high defense Pokemon like Snorlax with 1 hit and lum berry will heal it so it can either rest or get out of confusion Waterfall is for STAB.

Snorlax @ Chesto Berry
Trait: Immunity
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Relaxed Nature
-Curse
-Crunch
-Return
-Rest

My wall that can deal some damage with Curse and Return this thing can sweep entire teams. Crunch is for those ghost types that completely block my entire team Chesto Berry will wake me up from Rest.

Rotom-Mow @ Choice Specs
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Calm Nature
-Pain Split
-Volt Switch
-Will-O-Wisp
-Thunderbolt

A normal Rotom-M Pain Split will heal it while Will-o-Wisp is a annoyance and will protect it from physical attacks. Volt Switch is for scouting and Thunder bolt is STAB coverage and will take out any water type.

I will take any submissions sense this is my first UU team ever please help my fix it if there's anything wrong with it thank you.

Gligar should always try to stay alive as long as humanly possible to allow it to take strong physical hits. As such Eviolite is vastly superior to Sash and 252 Def/ 252 HP/ 4 Sdef is the preferred EV spread.

Hitmonlee is often outshined by Hitmontop for a Rapid Spinner, but since you want it more as a sweeper Lee is a solid choice. But if you are going to use it as such, give it 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP and replace Toxic with another coverage move for easier sweeping.

Choice Scarf users should never run setup moves, due to the lock in. Trick(as a crippling tool) or Hidden Power Ice/Rock/Figth (coverage) is much preferred.

Kingdra looks just fine.

Snorlax, works better as a wall than a tank. Honesty, Snorlax should never try to sweep, its to slow and not powerful enough to do that. And instead of fighting the sleep, you should utelize it to your advantage. This set would be better:

Snorlax @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Toxic
- Whirlwind
This set allow you to take most special hits whilst forming a god damn annoying phazer core with Gligar. The fine thing with this set is its a 66% chance you will pull of a good move with Sleep Talk, allowing you to absorb status moves and phaze with ease.

The set you are running on Rotom is a tad bit wonky. The Choice Specs doesn't fit in with the moves, making it some weird attack/defence variant. I would much rather suggest going all out attack or all out stall, both benefitting the team.

A offensive variant can run:
Rotom-Mow @ Choice Scarf/ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Trick
... for maximum power and sweeping capacity.

A more tanky variant should run:
Rotom-Mow @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SDef / 4 Def / 252 HP
Modest Nature
- Pain Split
- Substitute
- Will-O-Wisp
- Discharge

Overall though, great team for a first try, good luck in your future endeavours.
