For your Scizor, put Pursuit in, most opponents retreat on Scizor if their typings are bad (Fairies and Psychics), so Pursuit will damage them even when they retreat.

For your Gengar, I recommend Focus Blast for coverage against Dark Pokemon.

Most competitive Magnezones use Magnet Pull to stop nasty Steel Pokemon in their tracks, like Ferrothorn or Klefki. I recommend using a Magnet Pull Magnezone with the Hidden Power Fire move.

Other than that, it looks like a pretty neat set.
