In my opinion, since you have only Special Attacker, make Gengar a Mega.

Idealistically, replace Energy Ball for either Focus Blast or Will-O-Wisp depending on whether or not you need more coverage, or to cripple a physical attacker standing in M. Gengar's way.

Tbh you should replace Breloom+Conkeldurr with Special attackers, make Scizor your Mega(As Reg Scizor loses a lot of utility with the lack of bulk+LO. Not to mention you're running a MScizor-made set.) Make Garchomp the Bulky variant as Scarf Chomp is nonexistant in the OU meta now.

You really need to work on your Breloom. Since it's a Grass-Fighting type, I gave mine, Mega Drain ,Leech Seed ), Stun Spore ,and Power-up Punch. It has to have a Drain move, a Status Change move, a move that regains you HP over time, and an attack.( I personally like Power-up Punch because it raises stats aswell.)
