My 6th Gen team.

Question

Hello, most of you know me from the chat as a big trader. But you gotta put those shinies to use somehow?
So this is my team. Its a pretty basic OU team. Im Using some of my favorite pokemon. So if it looks a little weird that is why. Im getting ready to test this team. This is my Baton Passing team. I have done few of them, so criticism is welcome. I removed Victini off of this team to make room for espeon. So if anyone says that espeon is worse than victini. Tell me.

Okay, I was thinking about either putting heatran in instead of the Gliscor. Then maybe I would be switch Goodra out for Milotic. Now you ask. WHY MILOTIC IT'S UU??? And I say SPECIAL BULK. Its
1. Pretty
2. Good special attack and I need a water type for coverage.
3. Its got a good special defense, and I feel like being a trailblazer.

Well i think tht u should keep tht gliscore and replace it with heatran the reason is because the gliscore would technaccaly out speed heatran but im sorry if some of the stuff i say doesnt seem right im not tht smart but i think tht u should keep your gliscore heatran may have good defence but in my case i would keep gliscore i dont really use legendarys tht much because i dont like op things like tht.

2nd your goodra its stats overall runs over milotic but it may be slow in the game but its special ability would be enough to probly make it out speed  the attaker tht comes i contact with it unlike marvel scale tht makes the pokemon witch makes your pokemon (milotic) gain more defence stats during tht battle especialy in battles so keep goodra and if u would like switch your pokemon like i said im not a good pokemon smart guy im not cilen or the the pokemon conasurs lol i spelt it wrong but sorry if my pokemon advice didnt help and sorry for the errors but i hope i helped u out with your team :)

PS keep the rest of your team but change your ninjaskes moves a little if subsitute does damage to it replace tht move with something else
