Pokémon Rate My Team

Well I've been doing quite a bit of play-testing and whatnots on my mono-fighting team, and I was wondering if the awesome community here would help me out :)

This teams main strength is it's ability to shift/pivot/adapt to most situations with ease.

So lets take a look-see:

Infernape:
Role: Primary pivot, Combo
EV's: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Item: Quick Powder
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Iron Fist
Moves:
U-Turn, Part of my Mienshao combo, scouting, coverage.
Fake-Out, Entry move, breaks subs and sturdy
Mach Punch, Priority, STAB, Iron Fist
Fire/Thunder Punch, STAB or coverage, Iron Fist

Mienshao:
Role: Physical Sweeper, Combo
EV's: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Item: Muscle Band
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Regenerator
Moves:
Fake-Out, Entry, Breaks subs and sturdy
U-Turn, Scouting, Coverage, Combo with Infernape
Stone Edge, Coverage
Hi-Jump Kick, STAB, Can U-Turn out if misses.

Conkeldurr:
Role: Tank
EV's: 252 Attack, 86 Defense, 172 HP
Item: Flame Orb
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Guts
Moves:
Mach Punch, Priority, STAB
Drain Punch, STAB, Healing
E-Quake/Façade, EdgeQuake or Huge Guts+Burn Boost
Stone Edge/Poison Jab, EdgeQuake or Fairy coverage

Lucario (Mega):
Role: Special Sweeper
EV's: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Item: Lucarionite
Nature: Timid
Ability: Steadfast->Adapability
Moves:
Aura Sphere/Vacuum Wave, Uber-STAB, Infinite accuracy/Priority
Metal Sound, Uber-STAB, coverage
Psychic, Coverage
Dragon Pulse/Nasty Plot, Coverage/Super-sweep

Toxicroak:
Role: Bulkierish Sweeper
EV's: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Item: Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Poison Touch
Moves:
Drain Punch, Great for negating Life Orb, STAB
Poison Jab, STAB, Awesome chance to poison w/Touch, Anti-Fairy
Sucker Punch, Coverage, Priority
Rock Slide/Stone Edge or Fake Out, Coverage or a clunky flinch'n'switch

Pangoro:
Role: Safe-switch pivot/Bulk
EV's: 252 Attack, 128 Defense, 128 Special Defense
Item: Leftovers?
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Mold Breaker
Moves:
Stone Edge, EdgeQuake
Earthquake, EdgeQuake, Abuses Mold Breaker
Crunch, STAB, Coverage
Parting Shot, Allows a doubly safe switch.

So this team seems relatively basic to me. We have a major resistance in Pangoro, as well as a nasty little Fake-Out and U-Turn combo with Infernape and Mienshao. I do anticipate a Gale Wings Talonflame problem, although I do believe there is enough bulk in this team to be able to outlive a few Bravebird's until it needs to Roost and get hammered by a Stone Edge.

Any constructive feedback is greatly appreciated. :)

Cheers.
