Clawitzer
Clawitzer @ Assault Vest
Ability: Mega Launcher
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe
Quiet Nature
- Aura Sphere
- Dark Pulse
- Dragon Pulse
- Water Pulse

Clawitzer has good special attack, which is increased nicely by its ability. Moveset is standard for Clawitzer. Decent coverage, everything boosted by its ability. Assault vest helps it stay in the game much longer.

Bronzong
Bronzong @ Damp Rock
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Brave Nature
- Rain Dance
- Gyro Ball
- Zen Headbutt
- Trick Room

The first rain summoner, bronzong has good defences and trick room can help some of my slower attackers sweep for a while. Gyro Ball and Zen Headbutt are good STAB moves.

Crawdaunt
Crawdaunt @ Wide Lens
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def
Brave Nature
- Knock Off
- Night Slash
- Crabhammer
- Swords Dance

Crawdaunt absolutely wrecks with adaptability. Wide lens ensures Crabhammer hits (and when it hits in the rain with 2x STAB it should destroy almost anything) , while knock off does huge damage and rids the opponent of any pesky items. If it has an opportunity to use swords dance, it will destroy all enemies.

Goodra
Goodra @ Leftovers
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 SDef / 4 Spd
Timid Nature
- Rain Dance
- Thunder
- Rest
- Dragon Pulse

Rain Summoner #2, Goodra makes nice use of rest, hydration and rain dance. Leftovers help it stay in the game longer, thunder does huge damage and dragon pulse is a nice STAB.

Aggron
Mega Aggron @ Aggronite
Ability: Filter
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Heavy Slam
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Polish

Mega Aggron benefits nicely from weakened fire moves. He will be my lead, setting up rocks to make the opponent think he'll be defensive, then rock-polishing and sweeping.

Ludicolo
Ludicolo @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Giga Drain
- Ice Beam
- Rain Dance
- Surf

Ludicolo is a great sweeper, with Life Orb, STAB and Rain boosted Surf he'll be able to hit pretty hard, while Swift Swim gives him the speed to pull it off.

Please specify metagame (VGC 2014? Smogon Doubles? Battle Spot Singles?) so I can evaluate.

In the meantime:
1. Why no Politoed?
2. I also don't like Mega Gengar unless Shadow Tag really works in your favor. There are IMO better rain-benefiting Megas like Manectric, Scizor, Aggron, and Mawile. Even Venusaur because it'll scare enemy water-types.
3. Yeah, Noivern is kinda meh, but it provides decent coverage with Hurricane. Dragon Pulse -> Draco Meteor because more power is needed. A possible switch is Kingdra or Ludicolo for Swift Swim.
Updated to specify metagame, sorry!
1) I don't really like politoed. I've used it before and it either gets taken out too quickly or doesn't do enough damage to make use of the rain, which wastes turns.

2) Thanks, I think I might use Aggron or Mawile instead then. I really don't like Manectric, and Scizor never seems worth the loss of an item.

3) Ah that sounds good, I will give Ludicolo a chance I think, I've already got a dragon, but no grass.
I'm not sure if you are aware about Smogon banlists, but Gengarite is banned from OU, meaning that this cannot be an OU team until you rid of the gengarite.
Of course, I completely forgot!
Ok...
1. Your Ludicolo has a weird moveset. I don't think it learns Double Edge or Earthquake. Sweepers are usually Special, with Giga Drain, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump/Surf, and Rain Dance/Focus Blast.
2. Politoed, should you choose to implement it, can run defensive toxistall or perish song. If it has no Sp. Attack EV, Hydro Pump is used for more power.
3. IMO you should put Rock Polish on Mega Aggron instead of Rain Dance, leaving the rain starting to Bronzong and Goodra (and Ludicolo, should you choose to implement it). This gives Mega Aggron a late game sweeping option. (You lose coverage with Stealth Rock there, but if you Stealth Rock at the beginning, the opponent may be fooled that it's a defensive set.)
1) Pokémon Showdown is lying to me xD your set sounds a lot better, I'll update it to match. I think I'll use Surf and Rain Dance.
2) That sounds good, who would you recommend giving the boot to? Also would it be a good idea to use toxic and perish song?
3) I hadn't thought about that, I like it! What do you mean by the Stealth Rock comment? I could (depending on the opponent) lead with Mega Aggron and set up, then switch to politoed or something else that can take a hit?
