1. You should probably put 0IV's Speed on everyone, however...
2. You may consider an extra member that is your non-Trick Room insurance sweeper. You may get screwed in case there's a prankster taunter on the other side, or Chandelure with Imprison...
3. Gardevoir is also kind of a wasted Mega Evolution here because of its speed. Try making it a normal one and instead put in some slower Mega Pokemon attackers: Mawile, Abomasnow, Ampharos and Aggron.
