Meowstic (M) @ Mental Herb
Ability: Prankster
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 108 Def / 148 SpD
Impish Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Helping Hand
- Swagger
- Safeguard
- Trick Room

Meowstic is one of my trick room setters. Mental Herb is there because taunt blocks all of it’s attacks. Meowstic has max speed IVs so it has a chance of out speeding roar/whirlwind (prankster gives trick room priority equal to roar/whirlwind)
Helping Hand is there because meowstic has mediocre attacking stats and i’d rather put the EVs into its defenses, so it helps it’s team mate
Safeguard and swagger are part of a fun combo not many see coming where I use safeguard then swagger my team mate to give them a free prankster swords dance, that and safeguard is useful when fighting pokemon with spore.
The only other pokemon who can do this niche is Whimsicott, but meowstic has more HP and sp. def.

Mimikyu @ Mimikium Z
Ability: Disguise
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Play Rough
- Shadow Claw
- Protect
- Trick Room
I use mimikium z because (I think) it has a higher power than shadow claw Never Ending Nightmare.
Mimikyu is my other trick room setter, but this one isn’t useless when taunted.
Play Rough and Shadow Claw are it’s stab attacks.
Trick Room is because it’s a trick room team.
And protect is because it’s VGC.

Mawile @ Mawilite
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Play Rough
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch
- Protect
Mega-Mawile is a late game sweeper.
Play Rough and Iron Head are my stab moves.
Sucker Punch is so it can attack first is trick room has ended.
Protect is because VGC

Drampa @ Life Orb
Ability: Berserk
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Hyper Voice
- Heat Wave
- Energy Ball
- Protect
Drampa is for coverage.
Berserk is drampa’s best ability.
Hyper Voice is a strong stab that hits both opponents.
Heatwave is for grass/steel types that none of my other pokemon can hit hard.
Energy Ball is for Gastrodon and Swampert.
Protect is because VGC

Mudsdale @ Aguav Berry
Ability: Stamina
Level: 50
EVs: 180 HP / 140 Atk / 94 Def / 94 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- High Horsepower
- Close Combat
- Rock Slide
- Protect
Mudsdale is an amazing sweeper in trick room.
Stamina lets Mudsdale become very bulky after a few hits, and it’s berry helps it take advantage of that bulk
High Horsepower is a strong stab that won’t hit my other pokemon.
Close Combat is for snorlax, who can give a lot of trick room teams trouble.
Rock Slide hits both opponents and flying types.
Protect is because VGC

Milotic @ Figy Berry
Ability: Competitive
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 SpA
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Haze
- Protect
Milotic is my anti-intimidate pokemon.
Competitive boosts it after an intimidate or when an opponent uses a speed lowering move.
Scald is milotic’s stab attack.
Icebeam can OHKO a landorus-t even without competitive.
Haze is for any setup mons/teams like belly drum snorlax, minimize blissey, and eevee z-move teams

I usually lead with either meowstic/mudsdale or mimikyu/milotic depending on my opponents team,
If there is more than one intimidate pokemon (especially is they have fake out) I lead with mimikyu/milotic, if not, I usually lead meowstic/mudsdale.
Mudsdale is usually the ally that meowstic will safeguard/swagger because they usually lead together and I don’t like leading with my mega. After that, I usually have drampa and mawile in the back to clean up late game.

Almost nobody. Some do. I run attract on slaking (cuz it's disgusting). And milotic has competitive, since too many pokes are male, a male milotic is perfect.
on Showdown, the male to female rate is 50/50 unless specified. It really doesn't matter at all, Slacking is bad in your example so that isn't relevant. Virtually nothing runs Attract, and all Milotic should run Marvel Scale if possible The gender means literally nothing if you're good at the game.
Competitive is the better ability in VGC because intimidate is so much more common than status conditions. Also it's competitive battling.
Get a choice scarfed stantler and teach it skill swap. Lead with milotic holding an adrenaline orb and stantler. Swap intimidate to your opponent, let milotic get adrenaline orb and competitive boost. Repeat on the other, and sweep with surf.
I'm pretty sure there are too many water-resistant Pokemon for this gimmick to work.
