My Lead
enter image description here
Kangaskhan @ Kangaskhanite
Ability: Scrappy
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Power-Up Punch
- Return
- Earthquake
- Fake Out

This Mega Kangaskhan is a very physical sweeper. I lead with Fake Out then usually a Power-Up Punch to set up sweeps.

Secondary Lead/Special Sweeper
enter image description here
Mewtwo @ Life Orb
Ability: Unnerve
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Psystrike
- Aura Sphere
- Ice Beam
- Fire Blast

This is my lead when I expect a Gengar, Darkrai, or Giratina to lead. It is fast enough to outspeed non-scarfed Pokemon and strong enough to OHKO others. It also hits Pokemon like Chansey really hard with Psystrike.

Nasty Plotter
enter image description here
Darkrai @ Life Orb
Ability: Bad Dreams
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Dark Void
- Dark Pulse
- Focus Blast
- Nasty Plot

Just a typical Dark Void/Nasty Plot Darkrai.

Geomancy Sweeper
enter image description here
Xerneas @ Power Herb
Ability: Fairy Aura
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 32 HP / 252 SAtk / 224 Spd
Timid Nature
- Focus Blast
- Geomancy
- Moonblast
- Psyshock

If I can get the Geomancy up, the only Pokemon that can touch me are Arceus-Steel, Scizor, and Ferrothorn.

Will-o-Stall
enter image description here
Arceus-Steel @ Iron Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover
- Ice Beam
- Judgment

Will-o-Wisp, Judgement, Recover, repeat. Ice Beam takes many by surprise.

Choice Scarf Sweeping
enter image description here
Kyogre @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Drizzle
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Water Spout
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Thunder

There are very few Pokemon that can take a STAB Water Spout in the rain. Thunder combats other Kyogre.

Just thinking:
1. Hmm, what can your Mewtwo do to Giratina without Shadow Ball?
2. Some Xerneas usually pack Rock Slide as the third attacking move to deal with Ho-Oh.
3. I don't really like Fake Out on Mega K in singles except to probably chip away an opposing sweeper. I might go straight to Power Up Punch to begin the sweep right away, with Sucker Punch replacing Fake Out.
Why does Ferrothorn blocks your Mega-Kan? It can wall it if Mega-Kan lacks Fire Punch. Drop Fake Out. Half your team is Fighting-weak, so you might want to change Arceus's typing. Ghost would be more convenient.  Ho-Oh walls the Xerneas, but using Rock Slide alleviate the problem.
Hi Blitz, there's one catch to the Kanga vs Ferrothorn matchup... if we're not dealing with a max HP/defense ferrothorn, Kanga can 2HKO it with Power-up Punch (on Ferrothorn's switch-in) then +2 Earthquake... Max Defense Ferrothorn is only 2HKO with +2 Earthquake... fortunately for Mega K, Earthquake is not a contact move.

I personally don't fancy Fire Punch on Mega Kanga, since it's rather weak, got poor coverage, and Kyogre is on Hampton's team.
I am afraid that Skarmory walls, then. That's why Fire Punch should be included if possible, but that's me, Malachite.
Rock Slide Xerneas is intelligent. Arceus Ghost > Steel for better synergism and spinblocking.
No EKiller check.
No Kyogre counter.
No dedicated Xerneas counter.

Also, Mega-Kan is good. No need to change it unless you fiddle with the EVs, but otherwise it's fine. Doesn't need Fire Punch or anything like that.
