Defog and Stealth Rock is a bit counterproductive as Defog clears hazards on both sides on Skarmory. I would suggest getting rid of on or the other, but go your ways.

You also need a fast sweeper,  tankiness is nice, but it can only go so far.
So a fast Special sweeper ( since i already have scizor) that has great synergy with my team and remove defog, ok got it

For Skarmory, you might not want to keep defog so much because it doesn't really do too much. Try replacing it with something like autotomize or night slash.

You should be good with Tyranitar.

Jellicent, you can keep taunt, or replace it with something like rain dance or dazzling gleam. Instead of Will-o-wisp, you can keep it, but I'd recommend teaching it acid armor or confuse ray.

For Gliscor, you might want to consider deleting knock-off for an awesome move like sky uppercut or even x-scizzor.

For Scizor, you can keep bug bite, but you could also teach if a high-critical hit move like x-scizzor, but I'm guessing you might keep it to eat the opponent's berry. Good strategy. You can choose to keep knock-off, but another recommendation is Night Slash. Instead of Bullet Punch, you can choose to teach it a move that will make the opponent flinch, like iron head.

Clefable seems to be okay.

If you have any questions about my suggestions, tell me and we can work something out.

"deleting knock-off for an awesome move" lol. Knock-Off is a good move to keep, since Gliscor is a tank. Gliscor can get rid of the items that stop you from winning. But this is all me.
that is true PokeElf. i will consider acid armor on Jellicent. thanks devoo1673!
how about trick room on jellicent? It could be a suprise for the opponent and none of mybpokemon rely on speed
