-You got a pretty bad Fight type weakness.
-Try to balance out the Physical and Special sides. You only got 2 Specials, and 4 Physicals.

Absol- Replace Quick Attack with Swords Dance. Replace Protect with Sucker Punch. And also replace Psycho Cut with Play Rough for a Fighting type coverage.

Alakazam- How about a Timid nature?

Chandelure- Pain Split should be replaced by Substitute. Also, go for Life Orb instead of Expert Belt.

Blissey- Seismic Toss>Toxic/Protect.

Donpyan- It's fine I guess.

Cloyster- It's fine I guess, I mean, it's a Cloyster.

I'm just commenting and giving minor suggestions. I would've provided more info if I knew more about UU. I would've answered too. But anyways, this was all I could thing of. Hope I helped.

I gave my absol play rough and sucker punch and gave my chandelure life orb, but there is no way I'm deleting pain split because my chandelure will die easily.
