Hello there, and welcome to my UU team. I KNOW my team is probably flawed so please help me out with it. Also, quick note: This is my first time doing a RMT so please excuse me if my desscriptions are vague or don't have enough content. Without further ado, here is my team:

Zoroark @ Focus Sash
Ability: Illusion
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Flamethrower
- Night Daze
- U-turn
- Nasty Plot

A fast special sweeper who uses Shedinja as a very handy illusion, constantly forcing switches allowing me to set up a nasty plot and sweep from there.

Yanmega @ Choice Specs
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Psychic
- Bug Buzz
- Air Slash
- Giga Drain

Speed Boost Yanmega with specs for a fast powerful sweeper.

Shedinja @ Focus Sash
Ability: Wonder Guard
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Will-O-Wisp
- Shadow Sneak
- X-Scissor

Illusion for Zoroark and confuses opponents into wondering "Hmm...is this Zoroark or the real deal?" Not much usage past that.

Blastoise @ Blastoisinite
Ability: Rain Dish
EVs: 236 HP / 252 SpA / 20 Spe
Modest Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Water Pulse
- Dark Pulse
- Aura Sphere

The spinner and mega for my team who can get a decent amount of KO's.

Florges @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Wish
- Toxic
- Moonblast

Cleric and special wall, incredibly useful to get rid of burns from my physical sweepers.

Donphan @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Thunder Fang
- Ice Shard

A high coverage physical sweeper. (EdgeQuake + BoltBeam = Amazing coverage. check the coverage checker) Pretty much no one on my team hits flying all that well, so I ran coverage on my Donphan.

All in all, I think my team is pretty decent, but I know it's flawed, so PLEASE HELP ME.

Also, I should've said that I want to keep the Zoroark-Shedinja combo because that's been working great for me. Also, Donphan's moveset gets a ton of coverage so I would like to keep it and its moveset. Otherwise, all pokemon and movesets are changeable.
Well, those were my only suggestions :$ Wish I'd reloaded the page before I answered lol
But still, once your rank gets higher, strategies that work against the noobs you battle now won't get you nearly as far later.  I've found it's best to be open to any/all suggestions that people have for your team.

Ok, so there's something I notice off the bat: your Zoroark strategy isn't reliable at all. It can be a relatively good strategy (at least on paper), but it likely won't work out and definitely isn't worth having two Pokemon for.

The best thing to do would be to replace those two. Now I could just suggest Pokemon to fill those spaces, or I could give you the list of Pokemon in UU and you could just choose for yourself. (You'll have to scroll down to Underused.) Or just go to Showdown and pick from the UU list.
I'm going to do both. Here are some suggetions: Galvantula/Infernape (makes a good lead), Kingdra/Absol (crit hax), and/or Jirachi (paraflinch).

Another idea I have for your team is to make Donphan your spinner. I know you'd have to give up one of its moves (probably Thunder Fang), but it opens up an opportunity for Blastoise to get another move (i.e. Aqua Ring or something similar).

Your team looks pretty good besides that. I'd give it a 7.5 out of 10. Good luck with UU battling!

Thanks! I don't like using luck-based mechanics like crit hax, but scrapping zoroark and shedinja for a good lead is probably a good idea. I'll make Donphan the spinner, but I'm going to run offensive on Blastoise, like aura sphere or something. Thanks for the help!
You're welcome.  Anytime. :)
Oh, and btw, crit hax aren't luck-based, you will actually crit EVERY SINGLE TIME.  Pretty cool, huh?  Kingdra needs a turn to set up Focus Energy, but it gets the ability Sniper.
