I tried to get good enough synergy for the team and I tried some combos I found here. I really liked the Jolteon-Gyarados core and I credit Mew for it. But I switched Jolteon for Galvantula because he is really good as a Sticky Web setter. Anyone is welcome to use this team.

My first two members are Gyarados and Galvantula. They form great synergy because they cover each others' weakness. Sticky Web is for my other team members (especially Charizard)to outspeed some key threats. Even though Flying-types are not affected by Sticky Web, Talonflame is the only fast one, and he has priority. But Gengar evades Sticky Web.
Mew has such a great variety of moves and can perform the role of an Annoyer or a Stallbreaker and can render Chansey or Blissey useless by using Taunt. Will-O-Wisp also comes in great utility for chucking Aegislash and Excadrill in the trash can. So I chose him. He also has great Speed, which most Annoyers don't have.
I chose Excadrill for killing Gengars. Mold Breaker Earthquake is awesome for killing it. He also functions as a spinner for after the opponent's hazard setter is killed. He is my second Fast Physical Sweeper.
Charizard Y functions well as a Special Sweeper after Sticky Web is set up. Solarbeam kills Rock-types and I have Dragon Pulse for opposing Charizard Xs. Air Slash has a good flinch chance and kills Fighting-types like Mienshao who may venture into OU.
Last but not the least, I needed a Physical Wall. Gliscor is both a Staller and a Physical Wall. I have used one and it can take down up to 2 of the opposing Pokemon that are not immune to Toxic.
