I  real like how your team is built so I would have rate  your team  5 out 10.The reason is that talonflame  should be using sky plate because sky plate boost you flying attack moves . And 252 should go to it speed more than it HP because it doesn't have good HP at all. Next is your jolteon should be build as special attacker so you should  have modest nature one. I don't have a problem with move set.  The item choice for jolteon is poorly chosen it should have been air balloon a lot people in competitive battle uses earthquake and air gallon would come in handy.  Klefi should hold focus sash because one special move you could get it critical hit and it might faint in battle. Use a nature that work on it defense since it more  weak in that area.  Put 252 in defense and special defense and 4 HP that would more perfectly. And  if u going to use in hex way remove  foul play and add swagger.

I don't see that jolteon working at all really. Here is my set on it:

I just don't see jolteon being good as a wall especially with those EV's. Just run as regular set and you need a second reliable special attacker anyways

I recommend starting out with Venusaur and Klefki. Mega evolve Venusaur first thing, (duh.) And have them use their status moves. That'll stall your enemies. Mission accomplished. You win the battle.

(P.S. That was just a strategy. I looked at your pokemon. They're really good. For instance: Scrafty's dragon dance and drain punch is a pretty cool combo.)

talon flame should have life orb or choice bad and use speed evs instead of hp evs as he doesn't have good evs, also replace roost for u turn for scouting
