Pokémon Rate My Team

I ended up having to drop out of the tournament for the reasons of not being able to be online enough and just flat out bad timing when I come on. Better not frustrate anyone and just show the team that put in the work.

The guidelines were simple, use one Pokémon from each six generations in the OU format. I was definitely doing stuff out of my comfort zone in this team, like the lack of Toxic stalling and Protect.

RK9 (Arcanine) @ Leftovers
arcanine
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 196 HP / 252 Atk / 60 Def
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Extreme Speed
- Will-O-Wisp
- Morning Sun

My weird defensive utility bulky attacking Arcanine thing. Crippler of physical attackers with Intimidate with Will-O-Wisp, attacker with Flare Blitz and E-Speed, Arcanine lets me get the best of both worlds. I'm not exactly great at doing EV spreads, but the general basis of it is to hit hard, and take a few hits on the physical side.
___

ForreStress (Forretress) @ Leftovers
forretress
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 228 Def / 24 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Gyro Ball
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes

Skard4Lyfe (Skarmory) @ Leftovers
skarmory
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 Spe
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Roost

I originally intended to rotate between these two in battles, but I ended up using good ol' Forretress the whole time, as he served as a great defensive pivot and hazard-setter, saving me from certain death against a Quagsire with it's Spikes.
After realizing that a Choice Banded Landorus-T and Terrakion and **** all over this team, I had Skarmory waiting in the reserves with the intentions of filling the same purposes are Forretress while getting some crucial Toxic stallage off on those threats.
_____

KickMe (Aggron) @ Aggronite
aggron
Ability: Sturdy --> Filter
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Autotomize
- Iron Head
- Facade
- Earthquake

Emerald (Mawile) @ Mawilite
mawile
Ability: Intimidate --> Huge Power
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Fire Fang
- Swords Dance
- Play Rough

This team was really the first time I used Megawile before it's ban, and damn, Mega Mawile is some ridiculous stuff. After it's ban, I know I wanted a setup sweeper of sorts to force switches into my favor in the form of a scary mega, so I settled on a Automize-based Aggron, seeing as how the slower Mega-Ampharos can outspeed everything after an Agility.

It didn't really get too many kills, but it did kinda served as a glue of sorts for the team (especially against Talonflame) while at least getting some hefty damage and needed flinchax off.
____

LG (Rotom-Wash) @ Leftovers
rotom-wash
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hydro Pump
- Pain Split

Special attack sponge #1 and momentum maker. The threat of a Will-O-Wisp that's actually there can really screw up my opponents plans and I can easily screw over switch ins into a 2HKO for something else with Pain Split. Wasn't too sure about what EV spread to run, but this specially defensive one has been working out.
_____

Pidgey (Tornadus-Therian) (M) @ Life Orb
tornadus-therian
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- U-turn
- Air Slash
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power [Ground]

Finishes my Volt-Turn combo. Life Orbed U-Turn lets me scout hard while being able to heal it off with Regenerator. The rest of my moves are just a line of coverage and stuff, Hidden Power Ground being used for thing like Magnezone and Heatran, but mostly that Heatran f0ker.
___

Slugman (Goodra) @ Assault Vest
goodra
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpA
Mild Nature
- Dragon Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Ice Beam
- Dragon Tail

I wanted a nice and bulky AV user, I looked around and found what people called a joke of a pseudo legendary. This thing is no joke whatsoever, and put in a lot of work in this tournament. Dragon Pulse was my STAB used over Draco Meteor mostly for the reason of being able to stay in and keep attacking while Flamethrower and Ice Beam did work in coverage. Dragon Tail ruins a lot of sweeps.
