DD Latios, Mega Scizor bait and more! - OU

Question

This is a team I just threw together, but I quite like it and am looking to improve it. It is quite an offensive team.

Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Zen Headbutt
- Recover

Yep, Dragon Dance Latios, I actually really like the idea of physical Latios, it catches everybody off guard, and 90 base Attack means it isn't just for the surprise factor either, with Dragon Dance boosts it can be a threat.

Mandibuzz (F) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Toxic
- Roost
- Taunt
- Foul Play

Mandibuzz may just be my favorite physically defensive Pokémon, he is awesome to use and this set is the one I have always used for Mandibuzz.
Toxic is to wear down opponents, Roost is recovery, Taunt messes up opposing Skarmory and Ferrothorn, as well as Smeargle, most people seem to be unaware of Mandibuzz's Ability Overcoat, so I usually get a free turn. Foul Play is so sweepers attempting to set up on me get a nasty surprise.

Scizor (M) @ Scizorite
Ability: Light Metal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Roost
- Bullet Punch
- Knock Off

Mega Scizor is one of my favorite Pokémon, mostly due to his ability to setup a Swords Dance easily and his great power with Technician Bullet Punch. Knock Off is a good coverage move, and is usually the best move of choice on predicted switches.

Heatran (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Flash Cannon
- Dark Pulse
- Earth Power

Offensive Heatran. Like like to switch him in on Fire type moves the opponent throws at me, using Scizor as bait(although this usually doesn't go as planned, if my opponent is any good). Fire Blast is my main offensive move, with Flash Cannon for Fairies, Earth Power for opposing Heatran and Dark Pulse for coverage.

Greninja (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot

Greninja, my favorite Pokémon. I haven't been using him that much recently, because I have been testing other teams, so I decided he should have a place on this team.
Standard Special Greninja set, it provides amazing coverage, especially against Dragons with Ice Beam.
Oh and I found this gif of Greninja beating up......Mario? Must be from Super Smash Bros or something.

Sylveon (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Heal Bell
- Wish
- Hyper Voice
- Toxic

I thought this was the best Pokémon for my team, as I need a Specially Defensive Pokémon, and it provides a Fighting resistance.
Toxic for Toxic stalling, Hyper Voice for coverage and Wish is for healing. I am thinking of replacing Heal Bell for Protect, although it is a hard decision as Heal Bell is extremely useful.

Latios and Mandibuzz share a couple of weaknesses, both of which Heatran covers, but Azumarill may be a problem.....

DD Latios is actually really crap. Bring it against any half decent player and you probably won't get the time to set up or anything.
If you really want to go physical, at least run Earthquake to get past Heatran. There's no point otherwise. Alternatively, use a standard Defog Latios, or the Heatran Lure variant that runs EQ.
Replace Dark Pulse on Tranny with Stone Edge (I'm not crazy, that's the best method it has of getting around Char-Y and Talonflame. Ancientpower doesn't normally kill), or Overheat.
Run enough speed EVs on Mega-Sciz to get the jump on Heatran. So if it's  weakened, you can take it out with Knock Off.
Consider Protect over Toxic, in order to scout for the opponent's moves and to ensure that wish Heals. Hyper Voice does well enough as your form of offence.
You also have nothing to switch into Rock types.

Thanks for the advice, I've tried everything you mentioned and have seen improvement, I'm considering changing Latios to a standard one, but I'm not decided yet.

Lure Latios would be a better mon,  but i find that Draco, Surf, TBolt/psyshock, roost/defog is the best set atm, as it still smacks heatran hard.

Also, you should consider running max attack 252 speed MScizor. It outspeeds all defensive Tran set, specs Magnezone, and uninvested base 100's, such as Celebi in OU. It also lets you beat Adamant Bisharps in priority wars. The set is Bug Bite, Superpower, and BP with SD.
