My new team after some feedback is much better, but I feel it could use some more improvements. Excuse any spelling errors, I just woke up. I'm not looking to change any monsters but I'm willing to. The team is what you call a Bulky Sweeper team, because it's supposed to revolve around Dragonite, and covering his weaknesses. Let's get to it shall we?

Dragonite(Cataclysm)@Leftovers
Nature: Jolly, Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 40 Hp, 216 Atk, 252 Spe
-Dragon Claw
-Superpower
-Extremespeed
-Roost
The Jolly nature is for out-speeding any threats that the rest of my team hasn't taken out. Leftovers and Roost can restore multiscale, and roost will reduce Ice-Type Damage. Superpower is great all-around, and covers steel and rock types. Dragon Claw for STAB, and
ExtremeSpeed finishes them off if it doesn't OHKO with something else.

Reuniclus(Jelly)@Life Orb
Modest Nature, Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpA
-Psychic
-Calm Mind
-Recover
-Shadow Ball
This little guy is great against stallers that use Toxic and Will-O-Wisp, because Magic Guard deflects it. Also because it can use Calm Mind while they're using those moves. Calm Mind for Set-Up, Recover for recovering(get it?), Psychic for STAB, and Shadow Ball for Coverage.
I may want to add Thunder because my Kingdra has Rain Dance...

Arcanine(Scorch)@Life Orb
Adamant Nature, Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Atk, 4 SpD, 252 Spe
-Flare Blitz
-ExtemeSpeed
-Wild Charge
-Close Combat
This guy is my all-out attacker. Flare Blitz is a powerful STAB move. Wild Charge and Close Combat are for coverage. And ExtremeSpeed for the same reason as Dragonite. Thinking about Outrage because a Fire and Dragon combo is almost un-resisted.

Kingdra(Mystery)@Life Orb
Modest Nature, Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP, 252 SpA, 252 Spe
-Surf
-Dragon Pulse
-Ice Beam
-Rain Dance
I know you guys think the moveset could use Draco Meteor, and Waterfall, and Dragon Dance. However, this works a LOT better than you'd think. It's moveset is almost un-resisted. It is one of the BEST counters to Rain Teams. Surf hurts bad in the Rain and is STAB, Dragon Pulse is STAB, and Ice Beam is just great to have as a back-up Ice-Type move, in case Weavile dies early.

Weavile(Slender)@Focus Sash
Adamant Nature, Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spe
-Ice Punch
-Ice Shard
-Pursuit
-Low Kick
This little ninja works as my revenge killer, and my main counter to Dragon-Types. Ice Punch is main STAB, Ice Shard is used as a last hit before it dies, or for the same purpose of ExtremeSpeed. Pursuit is STAB, and good all-around. It works against Alakazam and Gengar who will probably be switched out. Low Kick can get heavy Steel-Type walls like Ferrothorn.

Skarmory(Loftwing)@Leftovers
Impish Nature, Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Spe
-Stealth Rock
-Whirlwind
-Brave Bird
-Roost
My physical wall, and most of the time, my lead. I would use Spikes but, I don't have another Stealth Rock user on my team. But, yeah other than that it's a pretty standard set for Skarmory.
