Pokémon Rate My Team

Hello,
I have been using this team with fairly large amounts of success on the Battle Spot, mainly in double battles. I found that Jolteon (see below) was not really needed/was not useful once I started using Rotom-W. I am unsure of what to replace it with, though. Any suggestions of what I should use in its place, or for the team in general would be great.

The Team:

Garchomp @ Garchompite
Ability: Rough Skin ---> Sand Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Poison Jab
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

The Mega of the team. See below.

Tyranitar @ Lum Berry
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 128 HP / 128 Atk / 128 Def / 128 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Ice Fang
- Protect

Works really well with Mega Garchomp in doubles, with Protect and Sand Force Earthquake.

Scizor @ Shell Bell / King's Rock
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Atk / 18 Def
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- X-Scissor
- Pursuit
- U-turn

Revenge Killer, helps cover Grass and Fairies.

Talonflame @ Focus Sash
Ability: Gale Wings
252 Atk/ 252 HP/ 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Tailwind
- Acrobatics
- Protect / Taunt

The Focus Sash gives me a turn to set up Tailwind, and then I can use priority Acrobatics with its full potential.

Rotom-Wash @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 128 HP / 128 SAtk / 128 Def / 128 SDef
Bold Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Hydro Pump
- Protect
- Volt Switch

I found that this guy covered Talonflame's water weakness well, as well as Tyranitar's and Fire for Scizor.

And finally:

Jolteon @ Focus Sash
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SAtk/ 252 Spe / 4 Def
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Baton Pass
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Thunderbolt

The main problem with Jolteon seemed to be its frailty. I couldn't get the substitute up without it fading immediately, so its usefulness was limited as a lead. A special attacker/support Pokemon would probably be needed as a replacement, as I have a lot of physical attackers on my team, and not many of anything else.

Thanks for any help in advance!

I would normally suggest Espeon for this role because of its Magic Bounce ability. Unfortunately Espeon shares the same problem as Jolteon and is very fragile. You  could use a Klefki for its Stealth Rock and Duel Screens, or a Male Meowstick for a more offensive Duel Screener.
I would not Recommend Klefki, instead I would recommend Chandelure. Oh and Klefki doesn't learn SR. Shuckle does, but you wanted a special attacker right?

Chandelure@Choice scarf
Timid/Modest Nature, Ability: Infiltrator/Flash Fire
EV's:252 Speed, 252 SpA, and 4 HP
-Heat wave
-Energy Ball
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden power [Ice]

Able to hit multiple targets in doubles with Heat wave, or to damage any rock/ground/water problems you have you can do energy ball, Shadow ball gives ghost coverage, and HP ice is for dragons such as Garchomp.
Wise Glasses are also Viable, or whatever the special muscle band is...
whoops, my bad
