Hey guys! Here I have created a Trick Room OU team, after realizing a lot the metagame is speed based at the moment. Please leave suggestions below, and let me know what you think!

Reuniclus
Reuniclus @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard

EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Recover

Reuniclus is normally my lead, and has a huge bulk that allows him to take the first hit before Trick Room activates. He can completely ignore all entry hazards thanks to Magic Guard, and can even take advantage of them! Recover is amazingly helpful when it comes to helping take SE hits, and Focus Blast and Psychic are there for good coverage.

Malamar
Malamar @ Muscle Band
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Superpower
- Night Slash
- Psycho Cut
- Trick Room

Malamar is an amazing Trick Room sweeper, and with Superpower he can increase his sweeping potential even more! He has Trick Room to help, just in case Trick Room fallls mid-sweep. He isn't holding a Choice Band or Life Orb, because I think they can be dangerous to him sweeping, as Psychic and Fighting both have types that are immune to them, and Life Orb is a bit dangerous in a match where time is not on my side.

Sylveon
Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Psyshock
- Moonblast
- Protect
- Wish

Sylveon is a helpful member of my team, with decent coverage in Psyshock and Moonblast, allowing it to do serious damage to common sweepers such as Gengar, Hydreigon and Dragonite. He can provide wish support to himself, or the rest of them team, mainly Dusclops, who certainly enjoys being nearly fully healed thanks to the massive HP stat Sylveon boasts. He can also tank a SE Special Attack and fire off Moonblast to hopefully lower the SpA and force a switch.

Ampharos
Ampharos @ Ampharosite
Ability: Static
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Dragon Pulse
- Volt Switch
- Focus Blast

Ampharos hasn't had much milage yet, as he has never really been used, but when I have used him, he has been VERY useful. Volt Switch is a powerful weapon when I know Trick Room will run out, and allows me to take quick advantage of the last turn, and can then pass to a Trick Roomer such as Reuniclus or Dusclops.

Dusclops
Dusclops @ Eviolite
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
- Night Shade

Run of the mill Dusclops essentially. Will-O-Wisp is a useful tool for crippling Scizor and Garchomp, where as Pain Split is a dangerous weapon against people who enjoy switching a lot. Night Shade is a reliable attack, and Trick Room is just to help set up.

Your team is really tanky, which I guess is alright, but I notice that you're really heavy on the SDef side and not so much with Def.

Here's what you need to do. Changes will be in bold or caps.

Reuniclus @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
QUIET Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball

Reuniclus definitely has potential as a SDef tank, but in the context of your team, he's better as a sweeper. Have you seen Reuniclus's base SAtk? Well, it's a whopping 125! And its Spd is a horrific 30, but that works great for you on a Trick Room team! So let's put that massive TR sweeping potential to use with some heavy investment in SAtk. Keep your HP EVs instead of putting them into SDef, since they'll help cushion any physical Dark- or Bug-type attacks. Also, switch to a Quiet nature to maximize your SAtk. Your movepool is good, except you don't need to waste a slot on Recover since you have Wish on Sylveon. Instead, run Shadow Ball to nail Ghosts with.

Malamar looks good as a physical sweeper. So OP on a Trick Room team.

Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
QUIET Nature
- Yawn
- Hyper Voice
- Protect
- Wish

Hyper Voice is more powerful than Moonblast when coupled with Sylveon's Pixilate ability. Go Quiet again here-- it'll help slow you down instead of just subtracting from a useless slot. I suggest Yawn over Psyshock because you don't really need it, since Fairies eat Fighting-types anyway. Yawn will be effective in forcing out opponents trying to set up on you.

As far as Ampharos goes, Rotom would be a much more practical choice. Use Rotom-H to help with your Bug problem. You don't have a troll Pokemon yet, so let's run a Specs set, just for giggles.

Rotom-H @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
QUIET Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Volt Switch
- Trick
- Will-O-Wisp
- Thunderbolt

Rotom would make a feasible lead, with its potential to upset a hazarder via Trick or switch out with Volt Switch. After crippling a hazarder, you could predict the opponent's frustrated switch and utilize the turn to Volt Switch to a Trick Roomer. It's also got the potential to quickly destroy a physical sweeper with Will-O-Wisp. Tricky, eh?

Dusclops looks fine-- just switch the EVs in SDef to Def, because you don't have a physical tank yet.

Now you need another slot. A physical attacker, for one thing. I know just the thing.

Conkeldurr @ Life Orb
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Brave Nature
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off
- Hammer Arm

This is Conk, your new big, fat, slow powerhouse. Iron Fist will boost the power of Drain Punch and Ice Punch. Drain Punch restores your HP while you wreck. Ice Punch will nail some types that you didn't have coverage for yet, while Knock Off covers Psyhic-types and offers serious crippling capabilities. The best part is the ridiculously powerful Hammer Arm, which has an effect of lowering your Speed-- to your advantage here. Kudos to Lusty for reminding me that I was using the wrong Conk set for TR.

I hope this helps you.

This is great! I've tried out what you recommended and it's been doing wonders! :D

Thanks so much :)
Conkeldurr should rather be using LO in a TR team, and substituting EQ for Hammer Arm (speed drop is no prob in TR) and Rock Slide for Knock Off
Oh, wow. I totally forgot he had Hammer Arm in his move pool. Derp. I'll edit those set changes in. Thanks!
If you liked it, might I ask you the favor of selecting it as Best Answer? We'll both get points, lol.

The One thing I would consider changing is Malamar. I mean, the contrary superpower is nice but not as good when i compare it to this:

Steelix (M) @ Steelixite
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Def
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Curse
- Gyro Ball
- Earthquake/Sandstorm
- Dragon Tail/Sandstorm

Animotose did give good recommendations but she did not really mention anything about Malamar. She said to take off Mega-Ampharos and replace it with Rotom-H. But this TR mega Steelix is amazingly usefull now that you can mega evolve with a different poke. Curse Increases Attack, Def, and lowers speed for non-ghost types. This gives you more speed while powering up Gyro Ball. Gyro Ball almost always OHKO's any pokemon i hit with it and is just amazing. I prefer sandstorm for at least 1 of your attacks (obviously not twice). Sandstorm will do a little extra damage to opponents. Sandstorm also powers up you Ground, Rock, And Steel type attacks and gives you EVEN MORE BULK. Also, your reuniclus won't be bothered by the sandstorm at all because of Magic Guard. I mean, he's a beast.
