Your team is good but mega Gengar looses it's Levitate ability so it can get hit to ground type moves. That it is 2x weak to ground.
This is team cannot battle in OU
I would say your team is pretty nice, but if I were you I would take take the Chesto Berry from Rotom-W, and replace it with a more useful item. I would give Rotom a Lum Berry if I were you. Otherwise, you can let Rotom hold a Splash Plate. I would never take out Salamence, but you should take the Life Orb, and replace it with an Expert Belt. If you are going up against other Dragon-Type pokémon, you might want to use every bit of your Salamence's HP. The rest of your team is great. So overall, I would rate your team a 4.5 out of 5, due to the items your pokemon are holding. You just need to replace the items for Salamence and Rotom-W.
It's not OU
I Really thought this team was good.  I made a mini copy to see if this team really was good. It was not. (:p) But it was against my friends undefeated team so maybe it is good. I also did not get exact Natures and moves. I gave them my Bigmax twist. So  overall I would give this team 4 out of 5.

Ok I know we aren't supposed to answer old questions but I HAVE to answer this one.

Salamence

Jolly and Fire Blast? Really?
Maybe try a Naive nature and Fire Blast or keep your nature and
get Fire Fang (Move Remember). Otherwise looks pretty good.

Rotom-W

Nice set. I liek it. Pretty sad though that this thing gets no other
Water-type moves (apart from HP water which is quite weak).

Ferrothorn

Power Whip can miss at crucial times so try Seed Bomb
(this might be really hard as you have to breed again). Also
this thing is really weak to Fire so use the berry that reduces
super-effective damage and you should be good.

Excadrill

Good set. Also gets rid of those nasty unwanted hazards that are a nuisance.
Over all good set but the EVs can be changed. Try 32 Speed to
have some hope in outspeeding Rotom's
that (mostly) run 16 EVs in speed and will cripple you with Will-O-Wisp.

Gengar

The mega of the team! Try a Modest nature because 130 base Speed is fast
enough already. Otherwise really good and can sweep if your
opponents let their guard down.

Aegislash

The final Pokemon. Everyone always runs the same set.
What are the EVs anyways? And there isn't a guarantee
that whatever move the opponent uses will be super-effective
or won't take you out in one hit so why not Swords Dance?

Leaving out Swords Dance gives me room for Shadow Ball but you are entitled to your own opinion I guess.
Naive won't make a difference actually becuase Naive and Jolly secure 2HKOs on Skarmory which is his main target
There's a ridiculous Fire weakness here.  You need to address that issue and you haven't, sorry.
Salamence and Rotom cover Fire, lol
