I would change Weavile to the standard Smogon set probably lol. Even if you don't, Knock Off > Night Slash all day erry day, Low Kick > Brick Break.
Use Leftovers on Heatran, you're a specially defensive set. I would suggest going Offensive EVs if you want to keep Air Balloon.
Gengar, run Life Orb, don't bother with Black Sludge unless you're using like SubDisable. Gengar doesn't have the bulk to last that much tbh.
Haxorus is fine. Consider Lum Berry over Life Orb to stop burn/paralysis, but apart from that
Gliscor, I don't get the EVs. Redo them, consider the SubToxic set as well as Knock Off/Taunt in the set somewhere.
Breloom errm. Lefties? Wot? Life Orb imo, Rock Tomb is a good option over Swords Dance, trolls switch ins and stuff.
