since this is a double- team battle you should get rid of one of the pokemon and add venusaur to aid charizard y, i would change Feraligatr and use this set:

Ability: Chlorophyll
Nature: Modest
EVs: 180HP/252 SpA/76 Spe/
-Sludge Bomb
-Giga Drain
-Sleep Powder
-Protect

Also switch the Thunder Punch on Dragonite to Fire  Punch for coverage and boosted sun power, i'd switch the fire blast on charizard to focus blast for coverage.

Fire blast does a ton of damage with sunny day up, also getting a STAB boost, doing more damage than air slash or focus blast.
