Would recommend switching Bullet Punch for Sucker Punch on Toxicroak. The steel coverage doesn't really give you anything that poison and fighting don't already have, and the added power with dark coverage helps against psychic types that would eat up Toxicroak.
Kyurem has some great offensive stats, and I think a mixed scarfer is better. I would throw on Outrage on there.
I recommend getting a defogger too as your SR dents Kyurem and Aerodactyl everytime you switch in and breaks Toxicroak's sash. Perhaps consider switching Umbreon for a physically defensive Starmie as it checks Lucario decently, and Lucario can easily sweep through your entire team with a SD or two.
