Im not really a fan of Crobat and he isn't someone you need on your team. You already have 2 attack sweepers. A good competitive team consists of

 - 1-2 physical sweepers (You have 3)
 - 1-2 special sweepers (You Have 3)
 - Hazard Destroyer (Defog crobat counts, but I don't think that's its main priority)
 - Hazard Maker (You don't need this but they are quite convinent)
Below this consists of 1 sweeper for physical and one for special (Note this is for the more experienced players and takes strategy or it will not work at all)
-Staller (A staller poisons, paralyzes, rests, wishes, etc. A staller is basically a pokemon that gives another pokemon status conditions then protects and heals)
-Your filler (A tank, maybe another physical hitter, type coverage,
-If you don't want a filler you could go with your baton passer. (Your baton passer is a suicide. Raise your stats until you can't do it anymore then baton pass to one of your pokemon. Your baton passer must always be a tank so you can use swords dance, iron defense, shell smash, or any other move that raises your base stat, multiple times.

These are some of the basics of competitive battling. Your team is all sweepers, so you probably won't last that long in the harsh environment of the OU tier.
@Salabae I think you're wrong dude. There is no magic number/formula for winning when you design your team. He's running what people call "Hyper offense". This does well enough in competitive battling so long as you have "wallbreakers", ie banded/specs Pokemon typically. If you're gonna comment that much make it an answer and suggest things :/ not just criticize and leave!
You seem to have a good handle on competitive battling judging by your movsets. You'll probably lead with your bulky heatran or speedy one hp Greninja.  Then you'll toss out sceptile for sweeping and crobat for removing stacked up hazards then leaving via U-Turn. Mamoswine proceeds to revenge kill. I like your Azumarill (two possible Megan's leaves your opponent guessing XD!) but since it will be switching due to superpower giving it choice band might simplify things, but it's honestly fine. As for sceptile my only recommendation is possibly making him subpunch if his mega gets an attack boost.  Move his EVs so around so he can pull off sub though since his hp sucks for subbing, get rid of the special def evs for hp ATLEAST! Greninja is swagged up but you may want to check this sight for better held items(I know you at least want spikes up though). Coverage is good. Like Salabae said though, your offensive team could use a helpful status abuser or cleric.
WishPass Umbreon, EvoChansey, Magicbounce Espeon are what comes to mind for clerics(they're are others), and the former two can be a mixed wall/stall and special wall respectively.
Status: Klefki, PranksterMurkrow, Sableye, ScaldTentacruel come to mind. Someone on this website also posted a wall/phazer Gyrados ;P
Peace
@maggotmoshpit_1998 I wasn't trying to be rood. I was just suggesting all sweepers isn't the best. He has good type coverage and movesets. I know there isn't a "Magical Formula" but its very common, and effective. And that whole post was a suggestion... I do agree I was a little rude but I was just trying to give constructive criticism.

ok so you want hyper offense, which is definitely a style of play in ou. your team still has a huge number of weaknesses including 3 fighting, grass, electric, and ice weaknesses. While you have some quad resists which are handy, remember that pokemon like conkeldurr carry coverage moves in poison jab or ice punch which sweep through your team. there are also huge threats like mega manectric with hp ice or life orb weavile with low kick that absolutely wreck your team. especially the latter.

how to fix this? i don't see hazards being a huge problem to your team, as they really only hurt mamoswine for significant damage. add that to the fact that your team has no volt-turn initiative at all, i don't see you switching in and out that often. therefore, i suggest switching your crobat for a scizor who can at least threaten out ice types and take away your ice and eletric weakness a bit. scizor still quad resists electric and is physically bulky so you can handle some hits and dish out a choice banded move in response. heatran also covers the quad fire weakness while you have azumarill for a resist.

hope this helps
