Alright, this looks like a decent team, but some of the sets can be improved upon.
Onto the rate.
For Azumarill, I still think that holding a Pixie Plate is a waste of Azumarill's potential. Rain Dance is sort of redundant as none of your Pokemon can really abuse rain that well. Azumarill already has plenty of power, so I recommend giving Azumarill an Assault Vest to give it more bulk on the special side, which helps it to switch in to special attackers. For example, it takes a max of 79% damage from Life Orb Thundurus Thunderbolt and can kill it with Play Rough and Aqua Jet. Here is a set:
Azumarill @ Assault Vest
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 240 HP/252 Atk/ 16 SpD
Adamant Nature
-Play Rough
-Aqua Jet
-Knock Off
-Waterfall
I personally question the point of having Rest on Gliscor when you have Roost, which is a reliable 50% recovery move that does not cripple you for 2 turns. I would replace Night Slash with Fling, and replace Aerial Ace with Acrobatics. This allows you to Fling your Toxic Orb at your enemies to Poison them which also doubles the power of your Acrobatics as you are no longer holding an item. I would move the 200 EVs to Speed to help it outspeed more things, since you are using an offensive set. Heres a set:
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP/56 Atk/200 Spe
Impish Nature
-Earthquake
-Acrobatics
-Fling
-Roost
Running 4 Electric moves on Zapdos? That will leave you completely walled by any Ground type, and Landorus-Therian are everywhere in OU. I will change it to the Bulky Defog set to better support Talonflame which is 4x weak to Stealth Rock. You don't want it to lose 50% of its health the moment it enters the battle.
Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/168 Def/68 SpA/20 Spe
Bold Nature
-Thunderbolt
-Defog
-Roost
-Heat Wave
Talonflame looks fine to me...
Tyranitar's set is a little weird, I would turn it into a Dragon Dance sweeper as it already as plenty of bulk.
Tyranitar @ Tyranitarite
Ability: Sand Stream ===> Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Jolly/Adamant Nature
-Crunch
-Stone Edge/FirePunch/Ice Punch
-Earthquake
-Dragon Dance
As Ferrothorn will be the main wall in your team, I would not use a Curse set on Ferrothorn. Moreover, your team lacks a Pokemon that can lay Entry hazards, which are all-so-important in competitive battles. Heres a set:
Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP/ 88 Def/168 SpD
Sassy Nature
-Power Whip
-Gyro Ball
-Stealth Rocks
-Leech Seed
Leech Seed gives recovery that Ferrothorn needs, Stealth Rocks is one of the most important entry hazard in the game, Gyro Ball to take advantage of Ferrothorn's poor speed to strike opponents hard. Sassy Nature and 168 SpDef EVs allow Ferrothorn to survive 2 Ice Beams from Manaphy after it has set up Tail Glow.
Threatlist will be added later. Hope I helped!
