Hiya! You have an overall good team so the pokemon I don't name for edits are in my opinion perfect

(btw all these sets looks strangly copy-pasted :/)

Darkrai: Use focus sash over life orb, and consider using focus blast over Thunder to deal quickly with other darkrai's, but thunder is good against the overused P-Kyogre

Kyogre: Although this point is up to personal preference I would not recommend using calm mind since most players will switch to P-groudon and KO you with thunder punch before you have a chance to hit them. (If you are out-sped) Or put you at a massive disadvantage.
(+1 252+ SpA Kyogre Ice Beam vs. 128 HP / 0 SpD Groudon: 196-231 (52.5 - 61.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO)
(252+ Atk Groudon Precipice Blades vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Kyogre: 262-309 (76.6 - 90.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO)
(252+ Atk Groudon Thunder Punch vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Kyogre: 218-258 (63.7 - 75.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO)

Groudon: Why are you running fire punch?... Twice? Replace one with Thunder punch to deal with Kyogre without the chance to miss over precipice Blades. And replace rock polish for a filler and more power over earthquake with the unfortunate chance of missing to at least get a bit more off of kyogre, arceus and other groudons.

Xerneas One of the worst sets on this team. Its too common and for a reason, run the Geomancy set:
Xerneas @ Power Herb
EVs: 184 HP / 28 Def / 252 SpA / 44 Spe
Modest Nature
- Geomancy
- Moonblast
- Thunder
- Focus Blast
Its a common sweeper seen in uber. Made to screw over genesect, Its main counter see here for more
