How are those flappy birds without Starly?? :(
srsly,  your team looks decent. I however want to point out the lack of dedicated physical attacker. Dragonite is a phazer in there and Gliscor a staller. In fact, your team looks overly defensive. And I guess you took the wrong Thundy sprite: you have ThundT, which doesn't have Prankster but Volt Absorb.
Thanks for pointing that  out!
What about the Ice Weakness ? :/

Here's my opinion.

Boom! Finally a Flying type lover! I'm gonna enjoy this!

Of course this is a monotype, but you should still at least try to cover your weaknesses! Flying types are weak to Rock, Electric, and Ice. I'm pointing this out because I see a big Ice disadvantage. Here goes my suggestions. With Ice being one of the most common types; the only one of your Pokemon that may stand a chance is Skarmory. Dragonite maybe, but when Multiscale breaks due to an Ice Beam, what then? Possibly Ice Shard!

I'll start with considering a different Mega.

76+ SpA Choice Specs Glaceon Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 128+ SpD Mega Pidgeot: 212-252 (111.5 - 132.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

This means that a Glaceon OHKO'd it. Therefore, destroying the purpose of it being bulky and kindof a wasted slot. So here's where I recommend Charizard-Y.

Charizard @ Charizardite Y
Evs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 Sp. Def
Nature: Timid
Ability: Blaze --> Drought

  • Flamethrower
  • Solarbeam
  • Dragon Pulse
  • Air Slash

Charizard Y covers your Ice weakness, but be wary of Stealth Rocks! I suggest you lead with him as most people will start of by setting up entry hazards, but if you lead with the suggested with a Defogger you wont have a problem. This is where my next suggestion comes.

Your Gliscor's set is great! Consider using Earthquake instead of Knock Off, but either will do.

You're going to need a Defogger, so let's replace Skarmory with a faster Pokemon who can actually deal damage. If case you're wondering why, it is because it isn't good to lose unnecessary HP especially with a Type like Flying who aren't meant to take hits. We're ranked 13 in Defense and 12 in Sp Def. So...

Crobat @ Focus Sash
Evs: 252 Speed, 252 Atk, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Infiltrator

  • Defog
  • Cross Poison
  • U-Turn
  • Acrobatics

With this Pokemon as your lead you'll be able get rid of the Rocks, and switch in Charizard safely. You can also deal a little damage if this problem doesn't arise. Another thing is that it's better to be a Defogger than to dish out Stealth Rocks as Defog> Stealth Rocks, therefore ruining the strategy. Your Phazer set is great, but like I stated before watch out for Spinners and Defoggers!

Parashuffler Dragonite is great, but:

76+ SpA Choice Specs Glaceon Ice Beam vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Multiscale Dragonite: 222-264 (112.6 - 134%) -- guaranteed OHKO

My Glaceon had the potential to faint Dragonite too, yet another reason why Charizard-Y is needed over M-Pidgeot.

But when all else fails and you need Offense replace Dragon Tail with Dragon Claw, Substitute with Earthquake, and Thunder Wave with Iron Head.

Togekiss's set is great but since you gave it a Sitrus Berry I'm guessing you want it to survive a special hit. Well, if this is the case its EV spread should look like this:

Evs: HP 248, Sp. Atk 72, 188 Sp. Def

Also, replace Thunder Wave with Roost, just use Prankster Thundurus to do your paralyzing.

Your Prankster Thundurus's set is great!

Review: I specialize in Flying types, I know a good team when I see one! Hopefully we could battle it out. Great Team!

Hopefully I've Helped!

Yeah, flying types need more love. :D Thanks for the rate, I appreciate it!
Now I can see into the mind of your Flying mono team >:D
Mega-Charizard X please. idk about Mega-Charizard Y in Mono-Flying but that latter really shine in Mono-Fire.
Does Mega Charizard X qualify for Mono-Flying? Vanilla Charizard has the type, but loses it upon Mega Evolving. I don't really know the rules of what belongs where in Monotype.
Charizard-X doesn't qualify as it turns into dragon, besides I love Charizard-Y better :P

Lol Astro, I have multiple Flyers with different strategies for them all!

EDIT: IT DOES QUALIFY. Learned this yesterday.
Tee-hee, my mono-Steel will break your mono-Flying like an anti-aircraft shell meeting a paper airplane. Check that, make it a wet paper airplane.

(In all honesty, you'd probably still beat me.)
