This team has been working quite well for me so far. I've been winning majority of matches but I wanted to know if I could get some improvements.

Frogadier @ Life Orb

enter image description here
Ability: Protean
EVs: 8 Atk / 248 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature

- U-turn
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot

This is the main special glass wall/scouter. I usually send him in after someone gets KO'd and I think I can take out the opponent. It outspeeds majority of things in NU, the main exception being Mismagius (I really need a counter for that), and hits hard. Hydro Pump is its most powerful STAB option, Ice Beam and Grass Knot are for more coverage and U-turn is for scouting or if I want to get out of a situation quickly plus do some damage.

Miltank @ Leftovers

enter image description here
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature

- Stealth Rock
- Body Slam
- Heal Bell
- Milk Drink

Okay, first of all I know what you're thinking.. "Sap Sipper? Whaaaa?!" But I will have you know I made this Miltank solely as some bulky support for Frogadier. I then decided to pop on Stealth Rocks and make it my lead. It's physical bulk is incredible and Body Slam can be a pain if you paralyze the opponent. It is also a mini-cleric with Heal Bell and Soft-boiled, this thing (from experience) is not easy to kill.

Mesprit @ Expert Belt

enter image description here
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpA
Lonely Nature

- Power-Up Punch
- Zen Headbutt
- Knock Off
- U-turn

I only realised recently how much of a threat physical Mesprit is. Although it is not very fast its attacks, along with an Expert Belt, do a lot of damage. It is currently my only Mismagius counter. If I'm against a staller I start using Power-Up Punch and get my attack nice and high so I can sweep later. I never liked this thing up until now but; <3

Camerupt-Mega @ Cameruptite

enter image description here
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature

- Sleep Talk
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Rest

This thing saved my butt in a fight just about an hour ago. It is my back-up, bulky special sweeper. I usually send it out last to devastate the opponent when they think there is no threats left. Two nice STAB moves both boosted by Sheer Force and Rest & Sleep Talk helps with Camerupt's respectable bulk.

So I am quite happy with the first four, still open for suggestions though. It's these last two that I'm worried about. Please help with replacements or better movesets/strategies:

Togetic @ Eviolite

enter image description here
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature

- Protect
- Wish
- Toxic
- Dazzling Gleam

This is the real cleric of the team. I chose Wish instead of Roost so it could heal others as well as itself. It is the toxic-staller and it does it job well. But that's the thing, it doesn't seem to do much else. It's very risky for me playing with this but, as I said above, suggestions please!

Electivire @ Choice Band

enter image description here
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature

- Earthquake
- Wild Charge
- Fire Punch
- Cross Chop

And who could forget the most OU thing in NU (if that makes any sense). It is meant to be my main physical sweeper but it is the one I am least confident in in the entire team. HELPP!

I would really appreciate if someone would answer and help improve my NU team :)

I decided to rate your team!

Synergy/Typing

The typing in your team seems to be good. You have a 2x Weakness to Rock and a 4x weakness to Water, but that's all. You also have a decent amount of resistances, which is good.
You could have a good spinner / defogger on your team (such as Warturtle / Togetic), but that depends if you're having trouble with entry hazards.
I'm not exactly sure what kind of team you're trying to run. I'll just assume that this team is Balanced.

Movesets

I really don't have much to say about Frogadier and Milktank. Those are good sets.

Telling ya that a straight out Physical sweeper set is sorta wasting Mesprit's potential. You should have some support moves like Healing Wish (although a physical set is perfectly viable and the support move depends on what you need). I'm not sure if Power-up Punch is good on Mesprit though.

Remember: CAMERUPTITE WILL BE BANNED FROM NU (just wanted to stress that). The set should also be geared a little more to the offensive. Here's a good moveset (I still kept it a little bit defensive, since that's how you would want it):
- Flamethrower
- Toxic / Will-O-Wisp
- Earth Power
- (Filler - maybe Ancient Power, Protect)

A potential replacement for Camerupt might be (when ladder updates)...

Magmortar@Life Orb / Expert Belt / Assault Vest
Modest / Mild Nature
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk / 156 HP / 100 Sp. Def
Moveset:

  • Fire Blast
  • Thunderbolt
  • Hidden Power [Grass]
  • Psychic / Flame Charge / Focus Blast

This is a bulky set for Magmortar. The EVs give it respectable bulk. Fire Blast is good STAB, Thunderbolt and Hidden Power [Grass] is coverage. If you're running Flame Charge (for speed boosts) you should have Mild nature. Psychic and Focus Blast also provide further coverage. I would suggest Focus Blast because, although your Water weakness is alleviated, it also puts strain on your Rock weakness and Focus Blast is super-effective against Rock-types.
Note: The addition of Magmortar would also form a nice core of Magmortar and Electivire.

Togetic is more of a Defog support (I suggest putting Defog in there). Also it gets outclassed by M-Audino as a Wish passer / cleric. You could put M-Audino or normal Audino there if you want to replace Togetic (because your mega slot is open when Cameruptite is banned).

If you choose to replace Togetic with either M-Audino or normal Audino with Leftovers, follow this set:

Audino@ Leftovers / Audinoite
Careful (for Normal) / Bold (for Mega)
Ability: Regenerator
For Normal - 252 HP / 252 Sp. Def / 4 Atk
For Mega - 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Sp. Def
Moveset:

  • Wish
  • Heal Bell
  • Protect
  • Filler (Toxic / Knock Off {for normal} / Dazzling Gleam {for mega})

Here I might suggest going for the normal Audino because it has less weaknesses and better synergies with your team. If you really want the mega though, go for M-Audino.

Your Electrivire set is great! I suggest that you should have Ice Punch > Fire Punch. It takes care of pesky Grass types that resist its STAB and kills most Ground-type Pokemon.

Another suggestion: Maybe Motor Drive > Vital Spirit? It better synergies with Frogadier because it covers Frogadier's Electric-type weakness. Electivire is pretty slow, so you can easily predict an Electric-type attack and switch out to Electivire for the free boost in speed. If you follow the suggestion of Magmortar (above), you already have someone to switch into a predicted Sleep Powder. It would be a good choice to choose Motor Drive over Vital Spirit.

Finally, I would change Electivire's item to something like Life Orb and Expert Belt, so you wouldn't be stuck using one move.

My Rating

Although some of your movesets need to be fixed and one of your Pokemon needs to be replaced, your team has a lot of potential and I can see it working well, especially in mid-ladder.
Good luck with your team!

Amazing answer this helped a lot!
I'll try out Magmortar & Audino and update some movesets.
thanks :)
Glad to help!
If you're laddering with these team, be careful of lower-ladder because that's arguably the hardest part of laddering. A lot of people there run crazy sets. Namely Infestation stall and things like that.
Apparently, lower-ladder NU is "the land where you can make gimmicky stuff happen".
