Version 1.0

Okay, so here's my smogon team for OU; I want to replace Togekiss and possibly Volcarona, but I can't decide on any Pokemon to replace them.

Goudmunder (Volcarona) (M) @ Big Root
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 100 HP / 252 SpA / 156 Spe
Modest Nature
- Bug Buzz
- Fiery Dance
- Giga Drain
- Quiver Dance

Possible drop, I just added volcarona to the team from a crit-drapion, so I'm still experimenting with it.

Samantha (Scolipede) (F) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 232 HP / 176 Def / 100 Spe
Impish Nature
- Baton Pass
- Swords Dance
- Protect
- Substitute

My go-to send out, I can almost always get a 2.5 speed and 2 attack by protect-dance-protect, and if I know the opponent can't break through a substitute, then I can use that to even more buff the stats in order to Baton Pass to Scrafty, or more usually, to Heracross.

Priscilla (Scrafty) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 88 HP / 228 Atk / 192 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch
- Iron Head

It's pretty bulky, and while setting up Dragon Dance, most of the damage can be undone with Drain Punch's healing effect. Crunch is another STAB and Iron Head beats Fairy-type Pokemon. Scrafty is durable; the more boosts its gets, the better it grows.

Teresa (Togekiss) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SpA
Timid Nature
- Air Slash
- Body Slam
- Reflect
- Light Screen

Here is the Togekiss that I want to drop. Even though Serene Grace Body Slam and Air Slash are amazing and ParaFlinching, Togekiss can get easily walled by magnezone or other bulky tanks, so she has to go.

Ditzy (Ditto) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Imposter
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpD
- Transform

Ditto is Ditto. It can be a lifesaver. But it's a glue to the team, no particular role it serves.

Houston (Heracross) (M) @ Heracronite
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 236 HP / 252 Atk / 20 Def
Adamant Nature
- Brick Break
- Pin Missile
- Bullet Seed
- Rock Blast

My all-times favorite and heart of the team, Mega Heracross. The highest attack in the game not counting Pokemon in Ubers but comparison doesn't stand since Mega-Mewtwo-X and Deoxys-Attack are out of Mega Heracross' league. With Skill Link, Heracross' attacks become super powerful and Scolipede's speed grabbing talent can prove itself extremely handy to outspeed foes. Except Talonflame, of course.

So this is my team. I'm looking for changes!

Version 2.0

  • Swapped Volcarona for Life Orb latias.
  • Swapped Togekiss for Rotom-Wash.
  • Swapped M-Heracross (Talonflame is just too common on teams) for M-Medicham.

(Below:)

Rin (Latias) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Psyshock
- Roost
- Surf

I decided to go for surf instead of the classic defog or thunderbolt in order to prevent from getting walled by Heatran.

Hoover (Rotom-Wash) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 212 SpD / 48 Spe
Calm Nature
- Discharge
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Substitute

I went for discharge instead of will-o-wisp so I can use it to set up my baton pass system.

Goudmunder (Medicham) (M) @ Medichamite
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 156 HP / 252 Atk / 100 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Psycho Cut
- Drain Punch
- ThunderPunch

I don't feel safe with High jump kick, although I'm still not entirely sure what to put in that last slot. Any tips?

You have a serious synergy issue. 3 of your pokes are weak to stealth rock and no way to remove them.
2 of the Pokemon are weak to Stealth Rock. Not three.
2 or 3, I still could use some advice. The magnemite staller I have is nice, and chandelure can really dish out damage, but they both get nerfed pretty easily in combat
This team is beyond help if you ask me :x So much common weaknesses and useless/outclassed Pokemon.
Ow... It's honestly not as bad as you think. I'm swaying around the lower 300's in smogon right now, which isn't too bad. I also decided to drop magnemite for rotom wash
Latios > Latias if Heatran is a concern. EQ coming from Latios can be fatal to Heatran and not everyone expect it.
Try Mega-Lopunny > Mega-Medicham; riskier, but much, much more rewarding.
Rotom-Wash beats Talonflame almost anytime... not with your EV spread.  Use the 252 HP / 212 SpD / 48 Spe, gives you enough speed to outspeed Heatran and enough bulk to do what you should.
Latias isn't specifically meant for taking heatran, I just have surf as a decently strong base dmg attack for coverage and in case they try to wall with heatran. Rotom remains my first choice for ani-heatran. As for M-Lopunny, I actually have been thinking M-Gyrados instead, because both my physicals are weak to flying attacks, gale talonflame in particular. M-Lopunny does sound nice though, especially with fake out stab, and I'll try it out and get back to you on that.
To be honest, I feel that Ditto is gimmicky in a way. I think you should swap out Ditto for something (I forgot which Pokemon it was).

I don't think that Scolipede would get OHKO'ed by the Defense / HP EVs you have. Try to replace Focus Sash with something like Mental Herb (so it gets freed from taunts and ensures a Baton Pass).

I'll probably post more suggestions later.
I admit ditto is a bit gimmicky, and I'm open to suggestions, but I can say ditto is a lifesaver if they have a dragon or quiver dancer.
As for scolipede, the focus sash isn't there for defensive reasons but for the all too common fire blast and hurricanes, which abuse scolipede's painfully low SpD, although mental herb does sound tempting.
