RMT-

This is the team I have been using for ORAS OU ever since Greninja and Mega Salamence were banned. But it isn't performing well. So improvement required..

Altaria (M) @ Altarianite
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 116 Atk / 136 Def / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Return
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast

Altaria is my Mega. Its a bulky DD Altaria set. After 2 Dragon Dances it can KO-2HKO half of the metagame. Setting up is the hard part though. Fire Blast 2HKOs Ferrothorn and Skarmory.Return is the only STAB. And Earthquake KOs 0 HP 4Def Heatran without Dragon Dance. It Survives Flash Cannon from neutral 252 Sp.atk Heatran.

IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SAtk / 30 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Flash Cannon
- Hidden Power [Fire]

To trap Skarmory,Ferrothorn, Bisharp and Scizor. Deals with Flying and Water types.
Hidden Power Fire is for trapped Steel Types. Switches in on Bullet Punches And Iron Heads.

Mew @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 136 SDef / 120 Spd
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp
- Soft-Boiled
- Knock Off

Bulky as hell. Its here to Switch in on powerful attacks to give other team members safe switch in. Will-o-Wisp to punish physical attackers. Soft Boiled for healing. Knock Off to remove Choice Items on the switch. A better stall set is required.

Gengar (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast
- Destiny Bond

Finding a replacement for this one.

Starmie @ Life Orb
Trait: Analytic
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Psyshock
- Rapid Spin

My hazard remover. Analytic hits hard on the Pokemon that switch in on the turn. Rapid Spin for Hazard removal. I am finding a replacement for this also. Help required.

Talonflame (M) @ (No Item)
Trait: Gale Wings
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Acrobatics
- Roost
- Swords Dance
- Flare Blitz!

Bulky Talonflame is 4HKO by Heatran Lava Plume and Clefable Moonblasts cant do any major damage. After a Sword Dance it can sweep entire teams. No item for Acrobatics. Flare Blitz for STAB. Roost for healing.

So far your team is good. But you have a lot of complicated EVs. Just start out with the basic EV spreads because certain Pokemon aren't meant to take certain hits.

- Your Altaria set is good. But I see one problem. Why have Fire Blast if you have Adamant Nature? It'll limit the power. I suggest replacing Fire Blast with Roost for better recovery and an easier time for set-up.  Also, you should change the EVs to something like 252 Atk / 192 Speed / 64 HP. This maximizes Altaria's offensive presence and gives it a good Speed. In addition, it still retains some of its bulk.
 - I'm not sure what kind of role you want to replace Gengar with.
 - Starmie's set is decent. If you really want another Spinner, Excadrill is a good choice. It gets access to SR and Rapid Spin (which is what you'll need).
 - Talonflame should have some sort of item.  Have something like Sharp Beak and then put Brave Bird for good damage.
Fixes I'm proposing:

- Make altaria's EV spread the standard (the one MechSteelix suggested) and replace Fire Blast for Roost -OR- run the Cotton Guard Altaria set.
- Make talonflame the Specially Defensive Stallbreaker set OR the Bulk up set. Replaces Mew's role an opens up a slot for you.
-In the extra pokemon slot (if you use the change above), run either Bulky Garchomp or Hippowdon to have a reliable means of Hazards plus a mon to discourage VoltTurn strats.
- Gengar can be replaced by either Thunder Wave + CM Magic Guard Clefable -OR- cleric Unaware Clefable.
- Make starmie run the Reflect Type Defensive set for a more reliable spinner

Will add sets and all when i wake up in a few hours, as well as detailed descriptions as to why im suggesting such changes.
i guess u haven't woken up yet.....
