252 Speed and Choice Scarf?

I think you should replace Forretress with Heracross.
Reason? Firstly, you already have a bug-steel type and scizor is to much of a boss to kick out.
Two of your pokes are 4 times susceptible to fire.(Forretress,Scizor)Heracross will even that out a little.
Second of all, two of your pokes are 4 times susceptible to rock.(Vespiqueen an Volcarona)
Heracross can pwn rock types.
