I'm going to put all the improvements I'm going to make in bold.

Blaze (Blaziken-Mega) (M) @ Blazikenite
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Protect
- Low Kick
- Stone Edge/ Earthquake

This moveset works much better on blaziken if you don't mind recoil from flare blitz. Also there are better fire type pokemon out there and you might want to try one of them instead.

Naruto (Greninja) (M) @ Expert Belt/ Focus Sash
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- U-turn/Protect

Not to much to improve on this greninja. It's a pretty standard one. My only things are I would use focus sash instead of expert belt since it gets OHKO'd easily. And maybe protect instead of u-turn. But it depends on the person. And to be honest greninja isn't that graet and you might consider changing him.

Greeko (Sceptile) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Energy Ball
- Quick Guard
- Protect
- Dragon Pulse

Your treecko's EVs were special attack, but you put physical moves. Not a good idea, So i replaced them with good special attacks and quick guard to block fake out or brave bird from talonflame.

Draco (Dragonite) (M) @ Lum Berry/ Weakness Policy
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 128 SpD / 128 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Protect
- Extreme Speed
- Dragon Claw

- ThunderPunch/Other elemental punch

Dragonite does kind of need protect. Also extreme speed is helpful to pick of weakened foes quickly. Dragon claw is the best dragon type move to give to dragonite (if you ask me). And any of the elemental punches work with dragonite, It just sort of depends. And like i said about greninja he's not that great. You might want to reconsider the two.

Morgan (Gardevoir) (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Psychic
- Moonblast
- Shadow Ball
- Dazzling Gleam

For your gardevoir i understand what you are trying to do. If someone OHKO'd it you still had one HP and then used destiny bond. Good idea. One flaw though. Gardevoir is slow and most pokemon will out speed it and kill you before you destiny bond. I prefer using choice gardevoir, but some do not so it depends on the person.

Flare (Talonflame) (M) @ Life Orb/ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 8 HP / 252 Atk / 248 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-Turn
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Roost/Will-os-wisp

To be honest your talonflame wasn't that great and if you want a brave birder that restores it's life instead of attacking than your using it wrong. But hey, that's just me. The point is to put as much damage as possible out there with the expense of your HP. Now giving itlife orb or choice band will increase the attack. I like u-turn since you can switch out while hitting your opponent and if you go with choice band you don't have to keep using it since you switched out. I like will-os-wisp more than roost because talonflame lives to give it's life up. But I know many that hate will-os-wisp on talonflame.

Some of those move sets, EV spreads, and Pokemon are questionable at best
They're decent. Just use HP Fire or Ice > Dragon Pulse on a non-Mega Sceptile, and of course Rock Slide > Stone Edge on Blazkien. The EV spreads do need work though.
Thanks
