Hello Pokemon DB. It's been forever, and I've been on a pokemon high recently, so I decided to post here. I think I made a decent team, but I'm still rusty. Suggestions are appreciated.
Altaria @ Altarianite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Return
- Roost
I freaking love Mega-Altaria, mainly because Pixilate is amazing. The moveset is simple, and there's not mutch more to talk about.
Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Protect
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
Heatran complements my mega, and is a great pokemon. Altaria and Heatran have great type coverage, and Heatran is a great special wall. It also carries stealth rocks.
Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 220 SpD / 36 Spe
Calm Nature
- Protect
- Leech Seed
- Heal Bell
- Giga Drain
Celebi is my cleric/physical wall. Given how obnoxious status is, heal bell is godsend.
Bisharp @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch
Bisharp is a great sweeper/threat. It can KO pokemon easily, especially with a Swords Dance. Sucker punch makes up for Bisharp's less-than-impressive speed.
Tornadus-Therian @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 132 HP / 160 SpA / 216 Spe
Timid Nature
- U-turn
- Focus Blast
- Hurricane
- Knock Off
Tornadus serves as a U-turn user, as well as safe switch against ground types. I didn't know much about this guy, so I ended up just using a smogon set like a total noob. Oh well.
Sylveon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 Spe
Modest Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Shadow Ball
Sylveon is my bulky attacker and specs user. We also have Pixilate again because I love it so much. I chose HP ground over HP fire for coverage against both poison and steel. Unfortunately this sacrifices Ferrothorn coverage.
