Right, well I call it Aquatic Devastation.

Pokemon-
Magikarp x4
Gyarados x2
Lugia-EX x1
Barboach x2
Whiscash x1

I know it's kind of a really bad idea to include so few Pokemon and then a ton of Trainers/Energy, but I really didn't know what else to add, and I only have 1 whiscash/gyarados.

Trainers-
Switch x2
Potion x2
Revive x1 (in case I lose a Magikarp due to an unlucky draw)
Town Map x1
Professor's Letter x1
Ultra Ball x2
Pokemon Center Lady x2
Ghetsis
Cheren x4
Wally x1
Pokemon Fan Club x2
Professor Juniper x1
Sky Field x2 (Lugia damage and so I can lay down ALL my Pokemon)
Healing Scarf x3
Exp. Share x2
Muscle Band x2
Great Ball x2

I included a lot of tools because of Gyarados' Ancient Trait and.. I really like tools. I'm thinking of adding Ultra Balls, as fan club and level ball can't get me any gyarados/whiscash, and it seems like my wallys always have poor timing.

Energy-
Double Colorless x3
Water x14

The strategy is to get all Magikarp on my bench, use Whiscash to put 2 damage counters on them all, and then send in Gyarados to do a large amount of damage.
But if this fails, I still have Whiscash, Lugia EX, and Gyarados' second attack.

I've never successfully completed my strategy, and my only wins have been from Lugia EX (which is kind of why it's there).
I'm really just wanting suggestions on how to help make my Pokemon show up faster, but all suggestions are welcome!

The first problem I noticed is your lack of Draw Power. You do have Cheren, but I suggest having 4 (which is the max), so you can draw more cards. You should also have more of Professor's Letters because your Pokemon require alot of energy (maybe 2-4 Professor's Letters are good). Also I noticed that you have a lot of Tool Cards, which isn't really necessary. Since Float Stone and Eviolite do nothing for your deck, I suggest dropping those two and add another Healing Scarf (which helps with your strategy). You can drop the 3 Level Balls (see below) and the Hard Charm.

You could also add 2 Ultra Balls and 2 Great Balls to get out Gyarados , Lugia, and Whiscash out fast (also add another Barboach and Whiscash and a Gyarados and a Magikarp, never have only 1 Pokemon of an evolution line; you can buy an Iron Tide theme deck and an Ocean's Core theme deck to get them, or you can trade for them). I'm not exactly sure what Regice does for your Deck strategy, so you can drop it too.

Drop a Double Colorless and a Water Energy (if you follow the above instructions) because you would only need 15 Water and 2 Double Colorless at max.

I'm not sure whether I'm going over the deck limit, so just tweak it to fit into the 60 card limit.
actually so far in almost every game i've played, i've started with a lot of energy and gotten a lot more. i also start with Prof's letter a lot.

I always put eviolites on EXs, and I just had it in there cuz i only have one hard charm.

And I got that Gyarados from the Iron Tide theme deck too. also, you said add another magikarp? i already have max.

Will try to get another whiscash and gyarados though. and i'll do all the other stuff you suggested.
alright, what you suggested left 3 spots in my deck, so I traded and got Ghetsis and another Pokemon Fan Club in there. Still working on trading for Gyarados, and then I'm going to get the Ocean Core deck.
Nice! Also, I was thinking that you could have Professor Sycamore or Professor Juniper if you get unlucky draws all the time (try to have 2 of them, instead of just one).
alright. i added in 1 prof juniper because it's all i had room for, unless you think i should get rid of ghetsis. I do have vs seeker in the deck though. I also got the gyarados and ocean core, so i've added it all in there.
