Maybe this team will have more things to talk about. All advice appreciated. I won't write so much this time. :D (OU on Showdown) The ladder I'm trying to get over is 1300 now.

Lopunny-Mega @ Lopunnite
Ability: Limber
Happiness: 0
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Frustration
- Fake Out
- Ice Punch

Fake Out can finish off opposing sweepers. Other moves are for the Ice and Fighting coverage. Frustration for raw power. Usually revenge kills or kicks out whatever it pleases.

Tornadus-Therian @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 96 HP / 160 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- U-turn
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Hurricane

I realized the variety of me switching would probably mean regenerator would be useful. I don't carry defog anymore, but as the ice coverage is beneficial, entry hazards can be my downfall. I don't use hurricane that often as I do with the other moves... the opponent will just switch. Too bad tornadus t can't learn defog...:(

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

My usual lead. I start off with Will-O-Wisp. Rotom has Low HP, so Pain split is effective. Hydro Pump for coverage and raw power. Tornadus-therian and Rotom gain momentum with VoltTurn and their coverage.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
- Protect
- Stealth Rock

Pivot, and stalls out mons that don't have fighting or fire moves. If I get the chance, i set up stealth Rock, but I don't do it every game. I don't feel the need to do so sometimes.

Metagross @ Assault Vest
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Atk / 96 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Pursuit
- Meteor Mash
- Bullet Punch
- Earthquake

Pursuit to stop switch spammers. My main powerhouse. Sweeps middle or late game. Clefable rounds off its weakness to status and no recovery. Checks opposing Clefable and other fairy types.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 248 HP / 164 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Moonblast
- Heal Bell
- Wish
- Protect

Unaware wall and reviver. Revives my teammates, should the opponent start stalling.

Movesets and EVs are from Smogon. Usual procedure of battling: Rotom --> Tornadus-therian --> then Metagross starts sweeping --> Rotom and Tornadus spams voltturn to finish off. I send my other 3 mons if the situation is suitable. My playing style is kind of cheap - I just switch around until I slowly eliminate the opponent's pokemon, either by stalling, or ploughing through by brute force. But it works kinda well - i'm slowly advancing up the ladder :D

You should change to:
Lopunny @ Lopunnite
Ability: Cute Charm
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Return
- Fake Out
- Ice Punch

Fake Out can finish off opposing sweepers. Other moves are for the Ice and Fighting coverage. Return is good. I think you shouldn't minimum happiness if you use other move.
Tornadus-Therian @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 128 SpA / 128 Spe
Naive Nature
- U-turn
- Superpower
- Heat Wave
- Hurricane

Cover steel, ice, rock weekness. Switch out after damage it.
Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 100 Def / 156 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Stealth Rock

Minimum Speed and use gyro ball, KO most pokemon.
For Clefable: A wall helpful.
Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Modest Nature
- Heal Bell
- Protect
- Moon Blast
- Soft-Boiled

Or wall+ sweeper
Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 124 Def / 132 SpD
Bold Nature
- Stored Power
- Cosmic Power
- Charge Beam
- Soft-Boiled

...oh my.
I’ve finally got time to reply to your answer. Thank you for your time and all but your advice doesn’t exactly meet the needs of my team.

*First of all, Lopunny.
Happiness doesn’t affect power of moves. Just so u know. Dittos run max happiness so frustration is better to stop a ditto from using my lopunny’s normal STAB.

*Secondly, Tornadus-T.
I know how smogon tells us to use focus blast, but I already have heat wave for steel types (with more accuracy for my preference btw) and Lopunny rekts dark types. And HP ice helps me check defensive Landorus-T (if it comes in), defensive gliscor, garchomp and so much more.
Hp Ice works because of surprise factor.

*Thirdly, Ferrothorn.
I can’t justify the change to gyro ball, but I’ll tell you why I choose power whip. First of all, I already have a Steel move in Metagross, and I need the Power Whip for coverage since no other poke has any move that hits water types bar the inconsistent volt switch of Rotom (which is just for momentum.)

*Lastly, Clefable.
I do admit, the arguments of the top 3 pokes are a bit shaky, but I have perfect reasons for clefable. The whole point of clef is just for WISHING and UNAWARE (in case I f*ck something up) It also allows me to give Metagross multiple chances to sweep. Otherwise I wouldn’t even pick Metagross without wish. The second Wall+sweeper is cool, but just check my team’s needs and the description next time.

You don't answer to reply to someone .-.
