I prefer aggron over tyranitar personally but it's still a solid choice

This is an Ok-balanced team, with rotom, starmie, and tyranitar to cover gliscor's ice weakness. For now, since I don't know what tier this is supposed to be (OU? VGC?), all I can say is that starmie should be getting a different ability, as analytic boosts the power of moves if the opponent goes first. And since you're timid max speed (and a starmie), there is very small chance of you going last. I would give it natural cure, or illuminate with skill swap. (illuminate has no use in-battle)
